Facing the bright moonlight, the two walked side by side. The man was handsome and the woman was beautiful, which was very pleasing to the eye.

"Jiaojiao, I've agreed with the store manager that starting tomorrow your job will be moved to the front area." Wei Chao looked at the girl sideways.

"Okay, then please take care of me, Brother Wei~" the girl smiled sweetly, with a hint of mischief in her voice.

The man raised his hand and stroked the girl's hair. "Okay~ I promise to help Jiaojiao finish her training quickly."

Before they knew it, they had reached the bus stop.

"Brother Wei, you should go back. You haven't finished get off work yet. If you stay out for too long, the manager will scold you again." Lin Jiaojiao stood on the platform, urging the man beside her.

"You really don't need me to take you there? I'm a little worried." Wei Chao said worriedly.

He didn't know what was wrong. Ever since Jiaojiao became a little closer to him, he wanted to be with her every moment, and he couldn't concentrate even when working during the day.

"Brother Wei, there's really no need. I'll be at the school gate as soon as I get off the car. It's very safe." The girl advised.

She also knew that if Brother Wei sent her there, it would be easier to gain favorability, but Brother Wei couldn't take leave every day.

"Then I'll see you get in the car before I go back, okay?" the man pleaded. He wanted to stay with Jiaojiao for a while longer.

"Okay, thank you Brother Wei." The girl said gently, as if she suddenly thought of something, "By the way, this is for you. I bought it at the stall." She reached out and handed him a pendant.

Lin Jiaojiao bought the pendant at a small stall. It was a pendant made up of people's names. She passed by on her way to work and saw Wei Chao's name on it, so she bought it.

Wei Chao lowered his head and rubbed his thumb against his name, "Thank you Jiaojiao, I like it very much."

Then he took a step forward, reached out and gently hugged the girl.

"As long as Brother Wei likes it," the girl said, struggling slightly. Seeing that the man had no intention of letting go, she had to whisper, "Brother Wei, the bus is here."

The man then let go of the girl and reached out to stroke her long hair, which he had messed up. "Okay, Jiaojiao, go back."

"Bye, Brother Wei." The girl got in the car, opened the window, and waved to the man standing outside with a smile.

Even after getting off the bus and walking on the campus, Lin Jiaojiao was still thinking about that hug and the man's broad chest, which made her feel safe.

As she was walking, she suddenly heard footsteps behind her. Lin Jiaojiao turned around, but there was nothing. Was she hallucinating?

But in the quiet night, it was still a bit scary, and Lin Jiaojiao couldn't help but quicken her pace.

When he was turning a corner, someone suddenly covered his mouth and nose from behind and dragged him to a hidden place.

"Um..." Lin Jiaojiao struggled, but the strength disparity between the two sides was too great and she couldn't break free at all.

The man laid the girl down and pressed his legs tightly on her like a small mountain.

The hand covering her mouth suddenly dropped away. Seeing an opportunity, Lin Jiaojiao immediately shouted at the top of her lungs: "Help, help, is there anyone? Save me..."

The man slapped the girl impatiently and said, "Shut up if you don't want to die!"

Then he took out a piece of rag from somewhere and stuffed it into the girl's mouth. "Mmm..." The girl shouted helplessly and tried to spit out the cloth.

The man restrained the girl's arms behind her back with one hand and tore her clothes with the other.

It was pitch black all around and Lin Jiaojiao couldn't see anything.

With her mouth blocked and her limbs pinned under the man's legs, Lin Jiaojiao felt like a lamb to be slaughtered. Feelings of despair surged in her heart, and tears flowed uncontrollably.

Who can come and save her?

"Tongtong, can you save me?"

[Host, I can't do this. I will immediately convert Wei Chao's newly added 10 points of favorability into physical strength.]

[Alright, host, try to struggle again.]

The girl struggled and tried to get out from under the man, but to no avail.

The girl listened to the voice and found it very familiar.

"Ah!" Wu Bin wailed in pain, covering the painful area with both hands, staring at Lin Jiaojiao intently, "Damn it, why are you pretending?"

Seeing that the man was unable to fight back, Lin Jiaojiao plucked up her courage and kicked the man several times in various parts of the body.

"Lin Jiaojiao, if you dare to do this to me, even if I am disabled, I can still kill you." Wu Bin lay on the ground, covering his lower abdomen, and said viciously.

Lin Jiaojiao wanted to let it go, but after hearing what the man said, she became scared again. She stared at the man's legs and thought for a moment, then jumped up and stomped hard on the man's knees until she heard a creaking sound.
