At their first meeting, Sang Wan took one look at Lu Tingzhou and was immediately drawn to him. At their next meeting, she approached him with a purpose, deliberately teasing and provoking him. Someone once asked Lu Tingzhou, "Isn't that Sang Wan? Are you truly not tempted?" Not long after, at a charity gala, someone saw Lu Tingzhou cornering her, his thin lips pressed against Sang Wan's nose. His large hand caressed Sang Wan's waist, pulling her tightly against him, while his other hand slowly slid down her thigh. A smile played on his lips as he asked, "Didn't you want to 'fish' for me? Why aren't you 'fishing' anymore?" Sang Wan raised a hand to hook his chin, her eyes subtly lifting, "The ice is too thick; I can't cast my hook." Lu Tingzhou leaned in close to her lips, their touch almost imperceptible, his voice hoarse, "Try casting your hook again."
