The short man was called Wang San'er, he didn't have a real name. Their leader was called Wang Yuanjiang, and the woman holding the child was probably Bai Xiaocui. While Mei Ying was helping Li Yuanchao evade capture, Li Yuanchao, who was three months pregnant, suffered a miscarriage, which led to severe bleeding.

Mei Ying was simply foolishly trying to save Qin Jianguo; she had no intention of harming anyone.

Li Yuanchao said, "If you don't take me to the hospital, I'll definitely die. You call yourself a good person, but does that mean a good person will just watch me die?"

Mei Ying took Li Yuanchao to the hospital. Of course, she was also arrested.
