Ancient cultivator Tang Jin was caught in a battle between cultivators and exotic beasts over a spiritual treasure and was accidentally transmigrated to another world.
He found himself to be ...

As the car slowly drove out of the capital, Tang Yue sat in the back seat, gazing out the window at the rapidly receding scenery, pondering Nie Youyu's various suspicious actions.
The guard, Wang Zheng, stopped trying to persuade him and focused on driving, creating a somewhat oppressive atmosphere inside the car.
Tang Yue was certain that Wang Zheng was not a Japanese spy. When she mentioned her hometown, Wang Zheng was clearly puzzled. Or rather, he was pondering Tang Yue's identity. After that, neither of them spoke again.
Before long, the car turned onto a secluded side road. The surrounding night was heavy, with only the two beams of light from the headlights barely tearing through a corner of the darkness.
Tang Yue's lips curled slightly. Here they come. Even without using her spiritual power to probe, she keenly sensed the approaching danger.
Wang Zheng pretended to step on the gas pedal twice, "Hey, why isn't the car moving?"
He turned back to look at Tang Yue helplessly, "I'm sorry, Company Commander Tang, the vehicle has broken down and can't move. Do you think we should get out and think of another way?"
Tang Yue smiled, staring at Wang Zheng. "Comrade Wang, the timing of your car breaking down is really perfect." As she spoke, she lightly tapped Wang Zheng with her small hand.
However, Tang Yue still got out of the car. Wang Zheng assumed Tang Yue was dissatisfied and didn't pay much attention. In fact, the two sides were already quite clear, so even if Tang Yue was dissatisfied, Wang Zheng didn't care.
Tang Yue had just gotten out of the car when it sped off. One corner of Tang Yue's mouth curled up slightly, she didn't even bother to pretend anymore. But it didn't matter, as long as he didn't make a move, even if they were on different sides, Tang Yue was prepared to spare his life.
Tang Yue stood still, quietly sensing everything around her. She wasn't planning to eliminate these people immediately. She had noticed Chang Yin and her group when she left the military region.
They've been practicing for a while now, and today's the perfect opportunity to practice and see if they've improved. Most importantly, without making a big splash, how can we attract the attention of those above us?
To move against a division commander without making a sound? It's not that easy. Besides, on the surface, Nie Youyu is still a pro-Mao faction. If we were to take action against him, it would definitely cause a lot of trouble.
Rather than that, it would be better to let Nie Youyu take action himself.
As Tang Yue was thinking, suddenly, with a "bang," a bullet shot straight towards her head. Tang Yue's eyes sharpened, and she dodged to the side. The bullet struck a rock not far behind her with a "bang," sending sparks flying.
The gunshots seemed to signal something to those people, who then silently fired rapidly from all directions. If Tang Yue were an ordinary person, this volley would have riddled her with bullets. The place where Wang Zheng brought her was arranged by Nie Youyu long ago.
Tang Yue could see the trajectory of each bullet, weaving left and right through the giant net woven by the gunfire. After a volley of bullets was fired, not a single one hit Tang Yue.
The roar of a car engine approached, and Tang Yue turned to look. The car that had just left was returning, its blinding headlights making it impossible for her to open her eyes. Just then, Wang Zheng slammed on the brakes and simultaneously raised his hand, pointing his gun at Tang Yue.
With a bang, the gunshot rang out, and the bullet veered off course. Tang Yue scoffed lightly; she had originally intended to spare his life, but he had chosen not to.
As Tang Yue got out of the car, she nudged Wang Zheng. She planted a small seed in Wang Zheng's chest; if he didn't make a move on Tang Yue, the seed would disappear automatically in a couple of days.
However, Wang Zheng failed to seize the opportunity. As he fired at Tang Yue, the seed within him simultaneously exploded. Two beams of white light pierced the darkness, shining directly on the spot where Tang Yue had just stood.
Tang Yue stood in the shadows, quietly awaiting the next attack. At the same time, she curled her lip; at this speed, if she were truly weak, they probably wouldn't even have time to collect her corpse.
Fortunately, she saw that Chang Yin was already rushing towards her.
Seeing that Wang Zheng's shot had missed its target, the enemies revealed themselves. A group of dark figures surged out from all sides, rushing towards Tang Yue like ghosts. They were agile and nimble, their sharp blades gleaming coldly in the dim light.
Suddenly, Tang Yue had a short gun in her hand and started firing at the approaching shadows. The shadows hadn't expected Tang Yue to have a gun, and her reaction was so swift; they were caught off guard, and several fell to the ground, unable to dodge.
The shadowy figures immediately sought cover. Tang Yue's lips curled slightly. Too late!
Sure enough, several people appeared silently behind them, and the sounds of "bang bang" filled the air. Soon, a large number of enemies fell to the ground. Tang Yue hid behind a large rock, watching the enemy agents' situation. If anyone tried to escape, she would immediately open fire.
The tide of battle quickly turned. Chang Yin, along with Wang Ming, Sun Jinan, and others, broke through the encirclement and entered. Tang Yue stood up and waved to Chang Yin. The others began checking for any remaining survivors and searching for any survivors.
Chang Yin's face was grim. His gaze swept over Tang Yue several times, and only when he saw that she was truly unharmed did he secretly relax. "Nonsense!"
The sound was so loud it almost shattered Tang Yue's eardrums. Tang Yue blinked; he had never seen Chang Yin so angry before.
She shrugged, knowing that Chang Yin meant well, but she could guarantee her own safety and didn't think she had done anything wrong.
Tang Shengkai ran over from the side, grabbed his daughter and checked her over. Seeing that the child was really alright, he breathed a sigh of relief.
“Daughter, the gunfire was so intense just now, and you were surrounded by them. We were all really scared. We never expected that Commander Nie would be so blatant as to make a move, as if he didn’t think about the consequences at all.”
Tang Yue knew her father had arrived; his actions in killing had been remarkably swift. It seemed this mission had been the most significant learning experience for her father.
