Lai Xiang's hand trembled slightly as she held the photo. This little girl was quite advanced. But she had never actually heard of her before.

"Little sister, have you ever seen something like that?"

Can she say she's seen it? Probably not.

Tang Yue shook her head, "No, I just suddenly remembered."

Lai Xiang breathed a sigh of relief. She knew it! She was very trendy. If such a thing really existed, how could she not know about it?

Tang Yue felt that this still photo was useless. Her family was still young and didn't need to keep it as a memento.

Lai Xiang knew they weren't interested in buying a camera, so she stopped looking for the keys. "Okay, sure. But if you're talking about where in China has the most complete selection of cameras, besides Shanghai, our department stores have the best selection."

Lai Xiang wasn't lying. The ones in the Friendship Store were similar to those here, but there were two that she had gotten through connections, and the Friendship Store didn't sell them.

"If you ever need anything in the future, little sister, just come and find me."

"Okay, thank you, big sister."

Lai Xiang liked the little girl in front of her very much. She was young, but her voice was quite clear and crisp. Although her voice was a bit soft and sweet, it made her even cuter.

"You're welcome. You can look around at other places. This place has the most complete selection."

"Okay, big sister, goodbye."

Tang Bei and Tang Dong exchanged a glance, feeling that "their sister is really amazing. She can strike up a conversation with anyone. Why can't they do the same?"

Not far from the counter, Tang Shengkai asked Tang Yue, "Daughter, that thing is so amazing, why don't you seem to like it? Dad has never seen anything like it before."

Tang Yue stared at Tang Shengkai, "Dad wants to buy it? If..."

As I was walking, an older woman approached me. She had a large bag slung over her arm and was dressed very fashionably. As she walked, she commented on the items, the decor, and the service.

At first, Tang Yue didn't pay much attention to her, but Lin Cuicui said twice, "Ah, a pair of socks costs three yuan, that's too expensive."

Both times they almost brushed past the old woman. Tang Yue deliberately paid attention; she didn't intend to steal their money, but the old woman's bag must have something in it.

Seeing that the old lady was still browsing, Tang Yue really didn't want to pay her any attention. But by sheer coincidence, the old lady went to the camera counter.

Lai Xiang didn't come here today for any particular reason. There weren't many people around at this time anyway. She simply didn't want to see the people who came to her house, so she hid away.

The camera area was the least crowded part of the mall, and there was nowhere to sit. She sat there to rest, enjoying a rare moment of peace.

The old woman's gaze swept over the cameras in the display case, a greedy glint in her eyes. She stopped in front of an expensive camera, narrowing her eyes as if deep in thought.

Lai Xiang noticed the old woman's figure; her eyebrows were slightly curved. Although the old woman's clothes didn't match her age, Lai Xiang sensed something was off about her. Nevertheless, she still greeted the old woman very kindly.

The reason Tang Yue kept paying attention to Lai Xiang was because, in the entire department store, this older sister was the only one who didn't look down on people.

"Auntie, do you need any help?" Lai Xiang's voice carried a hint of inquiry.

The old woman shook her head. "No need, let me take a look first."

Lai Xiang nodded, saying nothing more, but her gaze remained fixed on the old woman. She was prepared to serve the old woman immediately if she needed anything.

Seeing that Lai Xiang was staring intently at her and she had no time to make a move, the old woman said, "Which one is the latest model? Show it to me."

"OK."

Lai Xiang took a camera out from the counter. The camera body was polished to a shine. Lai Xiang held it up and said, "Auntie, take a look at this one. This is the latest one imported from Japan. It takes exceptionally clear pictures."

The old woman pretended to take the camera from Lai Xiang and examined it carefully.

There seemed to be some hesitation in her eyes. Holding the camera in one hand, she pointed to two other models in the display case with her other finger. "Girl, could you please take these two out for me to look at? I need to think about which one to choose."

After Lai Xiang nodded, she bent down to pick up the other two items. The old woman had been watching Lai Xiang's movements and expressions closely. She could tell at a glance that Lai Xiang was a novice, and the old woman felt confident.

The two were brought up, and the old lady looked at them. Then she pointed to the three on the shelf behind Lai Xiang and said again, "Girl, could you please bring those three over so I can take a look? I'm definitely buying them, I just want to see which one is the best."

Lai Xiang paused for a moment, thinking of taking the camera back from her hand, but seeing her conflicted expression and the fact that there weren't many people around today, Lai Xiang didn't think much of it and turned around to get the camera again.

In that brief moment, the old woman quietly reached for the counter. Her fingers deftly unlocked the counter, her movements swift and practiced, clearly indicating that this was not the first time she had done something like this.

The moment Lai Xiang turned around, the old woman had already taken a camera from the counter and quickly put it into her large bag. Her expression didn't change at all.

Tang Yue narrowed her eyes slightly. If she hadn't been consciously watching the situation over there, she wouldn't have noticed. This old lady's hand speed was really impressive.
