"Ran! Yuzuru, let go of your dog paws!"

Conan, who had just finished washing up at Professor Agasa's place, changed into a new outfit, and was full of fighting spirit to continue tracking his target, witnessed Yuzuru Hanyu leading Ran out the door hand in hand.

Walking along the bustling streets of Mihana, Xiaolan seemed to have figured out a lot of things. She broke free from Yuzuru's hand and skipped ahead to lead the way.

Turning his gaze to Yuzuru standing to the side, Conan deliberately feigned nonchalance and asked in a cute tone, "Ran-neechan, is the person you're going on a date with Yuzuru-nii? I thought it was Shinichi-nii!"

After saying that, he secretly observed Yuzuru's reaction.

Yuzuru's lips curled up slightly, and then he reached out and ruffled Conan's hair vigorously.

"Good lad, looks like he's still too light-handed," Yuzuru thought to himself.

Upon hearing Conan's words, Ran first blushed, then retorted angrily, "What are you talking about! Why would I go on a date with that mystery fanatic? Who is he to me?!"

"Snap!"

Something seemed to shatter in Conan's heart. He stared blankly at Ran: "So, this is how Ran sees me...?"

"Don't be angry, Ran, children say the darndest things!" Conan was just looking over gratefully when he saw that Yuzuru actually spoke up for him, when he heard, "The child is still young, a good beating will do the trick."

"Yusuke, I'm your grandpa!" Conan was so frightened when he saw that Ran was actually thinking about whether this method would work that he quickly backed away.

He knew how hard Xiaolan's fists were; one punch from her could take half a life!

Ran gave Conan, who was trembling, a disapproving look and said, "Conan, I'm going to buy you a small cake. After you finish eating, you better go home obediently. I have to meet someone who is very important to me in a little while, so don't you dare cause any trouble."

After saying that, Xiaolan turned and left. Before leaving, she specifically reminded Yusheng Nan not to forget to guess who it would be.

"Huh? The important person Ran mentioned isn't Yuzuru Hanyu? I knew it! How could Ran possibly like someone else!" Upon hearing Ran's words, Conan's eyes seemed to burn with fierce flames.

"Waiter, a cappuccino, please." Yuzuru greeted the waiter, then turned and nodded to Conan. "Okay, Conan, good luck! You're representing Kudo-kun!"

"I won't lose!" Conan said confidently, "I will prove myself with my observation and insight."

"Welcome! Are you alone? Would you please have a seat at the counter?"

A woman with round ink smudges on her face walked in and, completely ignoring the waiter's directions, swaggered to a seat by the window.

"coffee."

"Um?"

"Didn't you hear me say I wanted coffee?"

The woman had just sat down when she yelled at the waiter who had followed her.

"This older sister's attitude is really awful!" Conan, who was observing, was startled.

Conan noticed that the woman kept glancing at her watch and wondered if she was the person Ran was going to meet.

Looking back at Yuzuru, she saw that he was leisurely holding a cappuccino, completely ignoring the woman in front of him.
