"I have nothing more to say to you, please let go..."

Wen Shu tried to break free, but Li Duo held on even tighter.

Li Duo's legs were barely able to support him, but his grip was incredibly strong. He wouldn't let go, and Wen Shu couldn't break free at all.

Jiang Yuanchao immediately stepped forward and grabbed Li Duo's arm: "Please let go of Wen Shu!"

Upon hearing his voice, Li Duo's eyes immediately turned sinister. "Get out of the way!"

Wen Shu, however, protected Jiang Yuanchao, saying, "Li Duo, you're the one who should get lost! Let me go!"

"I have something to tell you!"

Wen Shu sneered: "What shameful things do you have that you dare not say here? Do you have to hide in a dark corner to speak them out?"

Li Duo's face turned ashen. "I don't want bystanders to hear this..."

"To me, you're the one who's just a nobody!"

"Wen Shu, do you hate me that much?"

"Li Duo, are you really that unserious about yourself? Don't you realize how disgusting I am to you? Do you want me to repeat all the things you said and how you and your niece bullied me in front of everyone?!"

"She is her, and I am me. Don't drag me into everything with her!"

Wen Shu laughed out loud: "Not taking a piece? Then what you did was even more despicable..."

Li Duo closed his eyes briefly. "We can leave the past behind and talk about the present!"

"What's there to talk about if we're only talking about the present?" Wen Shu found it even more ridiculous. "We have no financial dealings, no emotional entanglements, and no vested interests. What do you want to talk about?"

Li Duo looked at Jiang Yuanchao behind her and asked, "Why do you get involved with Jiang Yuanchao? Time and time again, why him of all people?"

"Do I need to repeat to you how great President Jiang is?" Wen Shu asked sarcastically.

She sneered, "Li Duo, your power is only useful to those who want to benefit from you. You can't even manage yourself, let alone the people close to you. What right do you have to manage others?"

Li Duo stood frozen in place, his face gloomy.

Her words were so harsh, so harsh, that they angered him.

He knew, of course, that what she said was true, and that she had indeed been seriously hurt.

He deliberately turned a blind eye to many things because he was forcing her to admit her mistakes. He wanted her to know that no one else could help her except him.

"I compromised because of my sense of responsibility, but later I realized that I was just a fool who was being played by Miss Zhong."

Jiang Yuanchao sneered, "What do you mean by a one-night stand being fake, and pregnancy being real? Even Miss Zhong's gentle and kind personality is just a persona she created for others!"

"I have already had my lawyer explain to Ms. Zhong that there is absolutely no possibility between us!"

Li Duo looked at Jiang Yuanchao with a gloomy face, "President Jiang, your face really changes quickly!"

Jiang Yuanchao retorted, "I only regret that I didn't become faster, so I wouldn't have to hurt the woman I love!"

Wen Shu looked at Jiang Yuanchao's profile, her eyes filled with undisguised emotion.

Jiang Yuanchao had always been a reserved and introverted person; he had never been so direct before. She reached out and grabbed Jiang Yuanchao's arm, "President Jiang..."

Jiang Yuanchao turned around: "Wen Shu, I'm not afraid of anything now, and I will never let anyone bully you again!"

Wen Shu slightly raised her chin, her eyes looking at him as if they were filled with stars, her dark eyes like the starry night sky.

In that instant, Li Duo felt a murderous intent.

Wen Shu is his woman, she belongs to him!

"Jiang, Yuan, Chao!" He squeezed out the three words through gritted teeth, knowing clearly that he wanted Jiang Yuanchao dead.

On what grounds?

Why could he let her look at him with those starry eyes?

Even though he was the one who beat up that bastard for her sake, she didn't even glance at him, but instead stared at Jiang Yuanchao!

“Ador”.

Lin Jingyu stood at the bottom of the steps, looking up at Li Duo, "Has the matter been resolved?"

Li Duo slowly loosened his clenched fist, staring intently at the two people in front of him, his clenched teeth gradually relaxing.

"It's solved."

Lin Jingyu obediently replied, "Okay, let's go back then."

Li Duo took a step back. The two people in front of him were united in their hatred, looking at him with almost identical eyes, as if he were an irredeemable villain.

Li Duo withdrew his gaze, stepped down the stairs, and got into the car.

His face was icy, his eyes were filled with gloom, and he was once again blinded by anger.

Lin Jingyu reached out and placed her hand on his, "Aduo!"

Li Duo looked at her and said, "I'm fine."

Lin Jingyu glanced out the car window; Wen Shu and the man were already walking towards a car.

Lin Jingyu smiled and said, "Wen Shu is doing well now. She has a boyfriend, so you can rest assured. Otherwise, I'd always worry that she wouldn't be able to tell who her boyfriend is."

Lin Jingyu tilted her head and looked at Li De, asking, "Tell me, am I right or wrong?"

Li Duo looked at her and said, "No one can't tell the difference. Don't overthink it."

Lin Jingyu naturally had a lot to think about; not only did she overthink, but she also felt extremely anxious.

In her view, Wen Shu's existence had seriously threatened her position in Li Duo's heart.

But Lin Jingyu wasn't worried about their marriage at all.

Because her marriage to Li Duo was not just a matter between the two of them, but had become a matter between the two families.
