Qin Luoluo's face was filled with the love of a little woman. As someone who had experienced this, Bai Shuyu understood what this meant.

She curled her lips and looked at Huo Jiaqi: "I'll go back first."

Bai Shuyu turned around and was about to leave, but Huo Jiaqi reached out and grabbed Bai Shuyu: "We agreed, I will take you back."

She subconsciously wanted to refuse, but when she saw Huo Jiaqi holding her arm tightly, Bai Shuyu frowned.

"Jiaqi, let me go first."

Bai Shuyu felt uncomfortable, especially when she was being pulled and tugged in front of Qin Luoluo. She couldn't help but think of what she had said in the bathroom before.

Qin Luoluo's eyes searched back and forth between the two people, and soon she forced a smile and squeezed in between Bai Shuyu and Huo Jiaqi: "Jiaqi, do you know Miss Bai?"

Her suspicious gaze fell on Bai Shuyu, but Bai Shuyu looked away and didn't say anything else to Qin Luoluo.

Huo Jiaqi stepped forward and stood in front of Bai Shuyu, blocking Qin Luoluo's gaze. "What do you want?"

Qin Luoluo was startled, and forced an awkward smile: "Isn't it because I see you are so happy? Jiaqi, Miss Bai doesn't need you to send her back, can you take me back?"

Her expectant gaze fell on Huo Jiaqi, but Huo Jiaqi refused without a second thought: "No."

He didn't care what Qin Luoluo's expression was, he held Bai Shuyu's hand and turned away.

Bai Shuyu's eyes fell on Huo Jiaqi and she looked at him with surprise.

Huo Jiaqi had already dragged her into the car. Bai Shuyu's eyes fell on Huo Jiaqi: "Aren't you going to see Miss Qin off?"

"Do I need to send her off?"

Huo Jiaqi's eyes swept over Bai Shuyu, causing Bai Shuyu to fall silent.

Why does it feel like Huo Jiaqi's attitude towards Qin Luoluo is not what she imagined?

Bai Shuyu cast a suspicious look at Huo Jiaqi and said nothing more.

"Did you have something to tell me before?"

Huo Jiaqi's gaze fell on Bai Shuyu.

Bai Shuyu remained silent, causing Huo Jiaqi to move closer to her: "What do you want to say to me?"

"Shuyu."

Bai Shuyu glanced at Huo Jiaqi. Huo Jiaqi looked at her seriously, waiting patiently for Bai Shuyu to speak.

"nothing."

After thinking for a moment, Bai Shuyu finally swallowed the rest of her words.

She looked out the window, but Huo Jiaqi looked at her patiently: "I have no feelings for Qin Luoluo, do you believe me?"

Huo Jiaqi's eyes fell on Bai Shuyu: "She has different ideas about me."

Bai Shuyu burst out laughing. Looking at Huo Jiaqi, she imitated his words: "So, it's just her wishful thinking?"

"But why did you want to tell me?"

She blinked, and Huo Jiaqi snorted softly, "I'm just worried that you might start to overthink things."

If he had said it first, wouldn't there have been any misunderstanding?

Bai Shuyu's smile froze, and when she looked at Huo Jiaqi, she suddenly couldn't laugh anymore.

Huo Jiaqi's serious expression fell on Bai Shuyu: "Qin Luoluo is my friend's sister. I didn't expect that she would have such thoughts that she shouldn't have."

"Qin Luoluo, she looks pretty good."

Bai Shuyu pursed her lips and said, "Why don't you try it?"

The car braked and Huo Jiaqi's eyes fell on her: "What did you say?"

Bai Shuyu leaned against the car window, her expression indifferent, as if she couldn't see the coldness in Huo Jiaqi's eyes: "Seriously, you can consider her."

She could see that Qin Luoluo really cared about Huo Jiaqi.

Huo Jiaqi snorted coldly, restarted the car and drove out.

Naturally, he didn't take Bai Shuyu's words to heart: "Don't interfere with my feelings!"

"Bai Shuyu, whoever I like is my own freedom. You have no right to make me change. Do you understand?"

She glanced at Huo Jiaqi, but Bai Shuyu remained silent.

"arrive."

Seeing that Bai Shuyu didn't get out of the car, Huo Jiaqi moved closer to her and asked, "Don't want to leave?"

Bai Shuyu pursed her lips and said, "Jiaqi, you really don't need to waste your time on me."

Huo Jiaqi's originally smiling expression suddenly darkened. He stared at Bai Shuyu and asked, "Is this what you really mean?"

Bai Shuyu looked away without saying anything.

Huo Jiaqi took a deep breath, and when his eyes fell on her, he was more serious than ever: "Shuyu, if you really don't want me to get close to you, just say it, and I will listen to you!"

She glanced at Huo Jiaqi with trembling eyes: "I..."

Huo Jiaqi leaned back and said, "You don't need to say anything more. I'll just treat this as nonsense!"

He rubbed his brows and said, "Get off the car."

Bai Shuyu got out of the car and her eyes fell on the car in which Huo Jiaqi left. For some reason, she felt a little unhappy in her heart.

Huo Jiaqi drove out, and Bai Shuyu stood there for a long time without choosing to leave.

"Shuyu."

Bai Qingyan appeared beside her at some point, his eyes fixed on the empty road. He said in a calm voice, "Did you have a conflict with Jiaqi?"

"elder brother."

Bai Shuyu forced a smile and glanced at Bai Qingyan: "It can't be said that there is a conflict."

She pursed her lips and said, "I just think Huo Jiaqi shouldn't waste her time on me."

Bai Shuyu's words made Bai Qingyan frown. He looked at Bai Shuyu with disapproval: "What do you mean by shouldn't?"
