Zhou Jue continued: "The security inside is very tight. All we know is that the person in charge is from Country H, but we can't find out his name or appearance."

Ning Yizhan sorted through the few clues. Everything seemed to be in order, but the person in charge was from H country? Could it be Qiu Hu's father, or was this just a signal?

Ning Yizhan went to the bedroom and found Qiu Hu, who was reading a book. He told Qiu Hu what Zhou Jue had found out, "They quickly discovered that the contents of that necklace are missing. What are your plans now?"

"Accept the challenge?" Qiu Hu really didn't know what to do. "Do you have any ideas?"

"Let's play along and head straight for that person in charge!"

Only after hearing his words did Qiu Hu realize, "Do you think that person is Dad?"

“Maybe not. They might be trying to lure us there. Maybe they already knew? They don’t think we’re that stupid,” Ning Yizhan said, offering his guess.

If that's the case, then the battle would have already begun!

"I'll go! I don't want to miss any opportunity!"

"I'll stay with you!" Ning Yizhan said, seeing that Qiu Hu still wanted to say something, "Don't refuse me!"

Qiu Hu didn't say anything more, but he was still worried.

Ning Yizhan sensed her emotional change. "Don't worry, I'll take care of it," he said, cupping her face and kissing her tenderly. He then hugged her for a long time.

The next morning, Ning Yizhan drove Qiu Hu to work as usual. In fact, he had already begun to work on his trip to K country and would be able to leave the next afternoon.

He went home at noon. Ms. Lianzhi was enjoying a coffee in the garden when she saw her son, who hadn't been home for a while, rushing home as if something was wrong. She put down her coffee, followed her son into the house, and asked him from behind, "What's wrong? Why are you back?"

"Mom, you're here just in time. I have something to say. Where's Dad?"

Since Ning Shuzai was urged by Ning Yizhan to go on a business trip last time, he has been on vacation at home until now.

"He's upstairs, playing chess with your grandfather. Go and call him!"

He quickly went upstairs to the second floor and called Ning Shuzai down. Ning Shuzai, who was playing chess, was disturbed. "What is it? Why do you have to say it now?"

"Mom and Dad, I'm going to K country soon and I might not be back for a while. You can keep an eye on the company."

"What's wrong? How long will it take?" Lian Zhi knew that Ning Yizhan often traveled for work, but this time he actually had to come back to China to tell him.

Ning Shuzai, however, knew they had no business in K country. "Why go there?"

Ning Yizhan answered truthfully, "I accompanied Qiu Hu to investigate some matters."

"Oh, you're helping your daughter-in-law investigate something? Okay, go ahead, be careful."

The couple gave Ning Yizhan many more instructions before letting him leave. Ning Shuzai, however, was not happy. He had to go back to work tomorrow, and the hard times were about to begin.

Ning Yizhan got into the car, unaware that Qiu Hu, along with A Qian and A Yi, had already boarded a plane to K country.

When he arrived at the Qiu family's residence and checked his phone, he found a message from Qiu Hu: "Ning Yizhan, you've helped me a lot. Thank you. I'm going to K country first. Don't come with me."

Upon seeing this message, Ning Yizhan gripped the steering wheel tightly, gritting his teeth as he said, "Chou Hu, you're really something! Just wait and see what happens!"

He then mocked himself, "Do you really enjoy abandoning me that much?"

He thought of something and made a call to her, only to hear, "The number you dialed is currently switched off. Please try again later."

"……Oh".

Four hours ago, Jiang Yun arrived at the Qiu family's office. No one could stop a disabled person in a wheelchair from causing trouble. In the end, he arrived at Qiu Hu's office, where a group of people looked at Qiu Hu apologetically and were all dismissed by Qiu Hu.

"What is it?" Qiu Hu asked directly without even glancing at her.

Jiang Yun hated her arrogant attitude the most, which made her feel inferior to her in every way. She mocked, "Now you really have everything you want, right? You snatched this from your own aunt and even put her in jail. Don't you have any conscience?"

"Isn't it just a matter of time before your mother goes in? As for whether she has a conscience, she has far more than you. Are you even alright?"

Jiang Yun then got to the point, tossing a card in front of her. "Here, take this. I'm just following orders. Take this to KL, and you'll see the person you want to see. The condition is that you go to KL alone and don't bring anyone with you, including Ning Yizhan."

"Are you afraid of him?"

"I don't know about that! You decide for yourself, go or don't go if you want." After saying that, Jiang Yun didn't stay any longer and left, which was unusual for him.

"Who sent you to deliver this?"

Why should I tell you?!

After Jiang Yun left, Qiu Hu stared at the card for a long time, wondering whether he should go. Thinking of Ning Yizhan, he really didn't want to implicate him, so he called A Qian over and said, "Book the fastest flight to K country. You and A Yi bring a few people and come secretly behind us. Wait for me to contact you."

Ah Qian knew that his young lady was about to take action, so he said, "Okay."

And so, Qiu Hu secretly arrived in K Country that very day. No one knew she had come, nor did anyone know where she was! A few days later, Fu Shen was still investigating Qiu Hu's whereabouts, unaware that Jiang Yun's words had prompted her to leave so quickly, without any hesitation.

Two days later, Qiu Hu's men also secretly arrived, quietly awaiting Qiu Hu's orders. A day earlier, Ning Yizhan had also secretly arrived in K Country, carefully searching for Qiu Hu's whereabouts, not daring to alert him.

Qiu Hu knew she shouldn't be in a hurry. She had been observing everything outside the KL research institute for the past few days and discovered that none of the researchers had come out, meaning they were living and eating inside. Therefore, she couldn't see anyone at all.
