The carriage moved slowly along the mountain road.

Loran Hill sat in the front of the car with her eyes half open and half closed, looking like she would fall asleep at any moment. Fortunately, the horse in front was very obedient, and there was a smart blue-black crow standing beside the girl watching. If the horse stopped to eat grass or went astray, it would grab the rope and pull it as a reminder.

Since she last used her power, the sage girl was still weak and often felt sleepy. Fortunately, a helper had recently arrived, and this dark-capped blue jay also brought news from afar.

Afterwards they received a mission, which was to go to the Southern Islands to find a friend of Lacey.

"Her name is Vimiya. She has hair as blue as the ocean, a beautiful singing voice, and a gentle personality." The girl described the sea witch.

"It's probably located on the Broken Islands at the southern end of the Southern Islands. Those places are very remote, and the islands are quite far apart."

"This can be considered as an experience for you." Teacher Filia also said to the two of them.

"Of course, there is a reward." Loran Hill looked at the two of them with a smile.

"The Carites Chamber of Commerce has prepared a generous reward for you, and also gifted you a comfortable ship for your journey."

"Of course I won't refuse such a good thing." After hearing this, Lan Lier immediately patted her chest and said that it was no problem.

"You can't hug me casually." Yi Xue's fair cheeks swayed slightly, indicating that she was unwilling to get close to outsiders. As an ice elf, she has never been the kind of person who is keen on intimacy.

"Okay." Lan Lier nodded disappointedly. She couldn't beat him, so this was the only way.

Seeing Yi Xue in this unusual state, Luo Lanxier was slightly surprised, then thought of another witch who looked like a puppet. It seemed that Si Ye was the same, only becoming cute around acquaintances, and usually having an indifferent demeanor that kept strangers away.
