Chicken feet delivery, what's not to like?
"You are... Philsa's friend?"
"That's right. And you?"
"Ah, I'm his sister!"
After saying that, the girl handed the letter to Celis, who quickly glanced at it.
"Huh... I've only heard that she has an older sister who is also a knight, but I've never heard that she has a younger sister."
Seris muttered to himself, and after reading the letter, he said half-jokingly, "So that's how it is. The little girl he entrusted to me to escort was you."
"Let me reiterate, I'm not a little girl anymore!"
Haruja certainly doesn't look like a girl.
Seris looked at the girl in the black dress before her again.
At only fourteen years old, she already possesses a charm reminiscent of a young woman, a maturity rarely seen among her peers.
Seris agreed that he would take Haruja to the Far North Magic Academy.
"My brother is so annoying! He always tries to avoid me so he can have fun with another woman!"
Seris overheard the girl's mutterings and couldn't help but chuckle.
"Ah, that's not what I meant!" Haruja blushed and protested when she realized that Seris had heard what she said.
He thought to himself, "A little girl is indeed a little girl; her thoughts are always so simple."
"My brother said he's in great danger right now, is that true? He's not lying to me, is he?"
“To be honest…” Seris said seriously, “he is being hunted by an enemy of unknown origin. I think he’s deliberately avoiding you and keeping you away from him so that you won’t be harmed by that enemy as well.”
"Really? Could it be that you're covering for him too?" the girl asked suspiciously.
"Ha, how could that be?"
After a moment of silence, Haruja changed the subject and continued, "However, I still hope to have a reliable person accompany me on my travels. And I heard from my brother that you're really amazing!"
Seris smiled and shook her head modestly. "When are you ready to begin your trip?"
"Wait, I haven't packed my things yet... The day after tomorrow... Oh, actually tomorrow is fine! Let's do it tonight, the sooner the better!"
Haruja said impatiently, longing for her first adventure and hoping to leave Gransis and that "pervert" as soon as possible.
Seeing this, Seris smiled and said, "No rush, no rush. Let's set off first thing tomorrow morning."
And so, Haruka and Seris agreed to meet at the Alchemist Guild early the next morning and then begin their adventure on the continent of Valentino.
The sunset glow had not yet faded, and the sun was setting behind the western mountains.
In the Knights' Guild, which is usually less frequented.
Philsa was waiting for Shirley's return when she ran into Olina, who had just recovered, and Lampard.
The two informed Philsa that they had received an urgent summons from the Obsidian Knights and were to leave Gransis immediately.
As for their wedding, it seems it will have to be postponed for a while longer. Philsa felt a pang of regret, but once again offered her blessings to the couple.
Thus, the Obsidian Knights parted ways with Philsa before sunset.
As he watched them walk out the door until they were completely out of sight, Firsa thought of Haruja and Seris.
They must have met and gotten to know each other by now, right?
“Celes, you can definitely escort Haruja safely to the academy. Actually, my intentions… are not that simple.”
Haruka has a similar background to mine, or rather, a more tragic one.
She will inevitably encounter a series of disasters as a result.
As for me, I couldn't even contend with one of the "Six Sages," let alone a phantom demon legion like the "Death Star Pentagram"...
I truly lack the strength to protect another girl. However, with you, Dragon Knight, on her side, everything that follows will surely be resolved.
Philsa gazed at the fading sunset, lost in thought, until she spotted Sherry returning from afar.

"At the end of the Western Sea lies the Eternal Night; below the horizon, ruins hold a treasure trove. Stone giants, imbued with the power of the mark, stir the waves."
Valentinossey, the starting point for travelers' voyages.
The vast, clear blue sky, the soaring seagulls, the flags fluttering in the wind, and the chimes that strike the hour... all of these embody the best wishes for travelers.
The sea breeze was refreshing and gentle, carrying the salty scent of the seawater as it brushed against his cheeks, prompting Keller Gloria to take a few more deep breaths before leaving.
Clutching the crumpled West Harbor ticket tightly in his hand, his heart brimming with joy, he boarded for the first time a magical oil tanker bound for the far north of the continent, "Snow City of Snow Snow".
The reason he chose Snowva as his next destination was that a few nights ago, he dreamed of the Ancient Emblem of Time again and spoke with it, finally confirming the location of his second target.
"Thanks to the Holy General's efforts, we successfully retrieved the second missing part of the emblem from the monsters, which allowed me to regain my ability to speak and communicate with Lord Keller without any obstacles."
Upon hearing the ancient emblem's words of gratitude, Kaiser couldn't help but feel a little smug.
But then, Kaiser turned serious and asked the ancient emblem, "So, may I ask, what will my next destination be?"
"Just as the second line of the prophecy says, on the vast sea during the eternal night."
"What?" Kaiser didn't quite understand; in fact, he hadn't read the second prophecy beforehand.
