In recent years, Huang Taiji has spent his time absorbing chaotic spiritual energy and researching cultivation techniques and collecting chaotic energy. Speaking of cultivation techniques, his current technique is self-created. Well, not really. Back then, the Carefree Ancestor killed people to seize treasures and cultivation techniques. The second Pangu was exhausted from creating the world, and laughed himself to death stealing the treasure.

Huang Taiji was searching for treasures when a tremendous sound came from afar. He knew that Pangu had likely been born and was about to create the world. He secretly approached to watch. He saw Pangu wielding his axe, swinging it towards the center of chaos. Pure energy rose, while turbid energy descended. The chaos was not yet completely cleaved by Pangu; he continued to chop, one stroke at a time. The chaotic world was no ordinary thing; only with great perseverance and supernatural power could it be cleaved. Therefore, Pangu's method of creating the world, though seemingly clumsy, was in fact perfectly natural, leaving no trace, yet containing profound truths of the universe, making it captivating to watch. Suddenly, countless forces of earth, water, wind, and fire surged forth, and the counterattack of the endless chaotic spiritual energy around them began to increase. The world gradually showed signs of healing, almost catching up with the speed at which Pangu created the world. Pangu was stunned for a moment, then he roared and threw his giant axe into the chaos. The giant axe emitted a chilling blue light and began to change. The axe blade transformed into a banner, the patterns on the axe body transformed into a diagram, and the axe handle transformed into a bell. These were the three innate treasures: the Pangu Banner, the Taiji Diagram, and the Chaos Bell.

Pangu unleashed the Heavenly Thunder with one hand and waved the Pangu Banner with the other, tearing apart the chaotic space with destructive forces, greatly accelerating the creation of the world. Then, he pointed to the Taiji diagram beside him and sank it into the earth. A golden bridge spanned the heavens and the earth, emanating yin and yang energies that held the world together, preventing it from healing. He then pointed to the Chaos Bell, which began to toll incessantly, its chimes resounding throughout the world, freezing the churning earth, water, fire, and wind.

At this moment, Huang Taiji also used the gourd to collect some earth, water, wind, fire, and some of the pure and turbid energies. He planned to use this thing to forge a magic weapon. He knew that Pangu would ultimately have to support heaven and earth and then perish; this was an unchangeable fact. Although he admired Pangu, Pangu's demise was also part of his plan. A crucial part.

How could chaos be broken so easily? Although the Pangu Banner, the Taiji Diagram, and the Chaos Bell are innate treasures, they are ultimately no match for the power of the chaotic world. The newly created world is showing signs of healing again!

Although the healing process of heaven and earth was slow, it never stopped. Seeing this, Pangu frowned, transformed into a ten-thousand-foot-tall being, and roared. He supported the pure energy with his hands and trod on the turbid energy with his feet, reaching out to hold up the sinking pure sky, standing tall between heaven and earth. His body continued to grow taller, naturally separating the pure and turbid energies. Over time, the pure energy slowly condensed, forming the sky, and the turbid energy slowly sank, forming the earth. From then on, every day, the sky grew one zhang higher, the earth one zhang thicker, and Pangu's body also grew one zhang longer.

Eighteen thousand years later, heaven and earth were complete and would never reunite. Pangu's form dissipated, and his physical body transformed into the universe. His breath became the gentle breeze and clouds, his voice became the thunder, his left eye became the sun, his right eye became the moon, his four legs and five limbs became the four poles of the earth and the colossal mountains, his blood became the mighty rivers, his veins became the mountains and roads, his skin and muscles became fertile soil, his body hair became vegetation, his teeth and bones became metal and rock, his semen and bones became pearls and jade, and his sweat became the sweet dew that nourishes all things. The countless threads of Pangu's body eventually became the stars in the sky, adorning the primordial heavens, and his unyielding spine became Mount Buzhou, which held up the heavens and the earth.

Just as Pangu's brain was about to dissipate, Huang Taiji appeared. He quickly put Pangu's brain into the gourd and nourished it with the chaotic spiritual energy inside the gourd, replenishing the brain that was about to dissipate due to the lack of spiritual energy. The gourd was indeed powerful. Pangu's brain absorbed the chaotic spiritual energy inside and stopped dissipating, and began to slowly recover.

At this moment, a burst of golden light suddenly fell from the sky, followed by boundless primordial yellow and purple qi. Huang Taiji immediately understood that this was the completion of the Heavenly Way, a blessing bestowed upon them by Pangu in recognition of the creation of the world.

Then the golden light split into several clusters. Thirty percent was absorbed by the Xuanhuang Qi and instantly transformed into the acquired merit treasure—the Xuanhuang Linglong Pagoda. Another twenty percent was absorbed by the Hongmeng Purple Qi and transformed into the Hongmeng Ruler of Immeasurable Merit, which suddenly appeared in the sky. Then, Pangu's primordial spirit suddenly transformed into three streams of pure Qi, which flew into the sky to absorb another cluster of about thirty percent of the creation merit and some of the pure Qi source. They carried the Taiji Diagram, the Pangu Banner, and the acquired merit treasure, the Xuanhuang Linglong Pagoda, and flew swiftly eastward and disappeared.

Immediately afterwards, twelve streams of essence blood emerged from Pangu's body, absorbing the remaining turbid energy and nearly one and a half tenths of the merit from the creation of heaven and earth, before flying eastward and disappearing. Meanwhile, the Chaos Bell, one of the three supreme treasures formed from the Heaven-Opening Axe, was inexplicably drawn towards the sun formed from Pangu's left eye. Finally, half a tenth of the merit directly entered Huang Taiji's gourd, merging with Pangu's brain. Huang Taiji then took the Immeasurable Merit Measuring Ruler.
