Delivery: Invincible Chicken Feet in the Underwater World

Chicken feet delivery, what's not to like?

Learning Taoism on Wukong Mountain, Xuan Tian's ingenious hand unravels my schemes.

“It’s still one step away…” Xuan Tian murmured.

Since the last time the Heavenly God and Demon Formation was established on Earth, using the people of China as the vital energy, twelve giant pillars as the foundation of the formation, hundreds of thousands of witch soldiers as converters, and the lifeblood of China as the engine, the malevolent energy of heaven and earth has been transformed into absorbable spiritual energy.

This formation serves two purposes: firstly, to fulfill Xuan Tian's duty to protect the people of his country and to settle some of his obsessions from his past life; and secondly, to resolve the root cause of that great calamity.

Hongjun had previously told him that the root of this great calamity of heaven and earth came from cultivators absorbing the power of yin and yang creation between heaven and earth. Pangu was born in the chaos. Pangu was blessed with unique talents and cultivated a cultivation that reached the heavens and the earth, achieving a level higher than that of a saint. However, he was ultimately not a saint. He created heaven and earth and eventually died, giving birth to all things in heaven and earth. This was Pangu's calamity. The creation of heaven and earth was the calamity, and Pangu's ability to obtain this cultivation was the cause.

After Pangu's death, all things came into being in the world. Living beings cultivated themselves and absorbed the creation of heaven and earth, thus forming a karmic bond with the world. The more living beings there were and the stronger they were, the more creation they absorbed. However, the yin and yang power of creation in the world was always finite. Living beings could only absorb without giving back. When the power of creation in the world decreased to a certain amount, a great calamity would be triggered. At that time, the karmic bond between heaven and earth would be deeply intertwined, and there would be a struggle between living beings. Those who lost in the struggle would be reduced to ashes and return the power of creation they had absorbed to heaven and earth. The victors would make up for the amount they owed to the loser. However, all of this was ultimately a trick. The karmic bond still existed, but it was just an infinite accumulation. There would eventually be a moment when it would erupt, which would be the time of the immeasurable calamity.

If what Hongjun said is true, then there is no way to resolve this great calamity. Each great calamity is caused by the reduction of the power of creation. During the calamity, cultivators fight and kill each other until the power of creation in the world is replenished to a certain extent, and the calamity is completed. However, cause and effect always exist, and the power of creation absorbed by some cultivators who escape during each calamity is retained. This cycle repeats itself, but the power of creation is constantly decreasing. One day, the power of creation will also be exhausted. At this time, the Heavenly Dao will be damaged and cannot be replenished. After countless calamities, the world will inevitably return to chaos and begin to evolve again.

Xuan Tian was deeply conflicted about this, and even considered killing all the cultivators in the world. However, this was not an option. Like the method of avoiding calamity, it was a shortcut. Could all the cultivators be killed? Of course not. Not to mention the cultivators, even the saints were beyond Xuan Tian's reach. Moreover, Pangu created the world for the sake of the evolution under the Great Dao. If Xuan Tian killed all the living beings in the world and stopped the evolution of life and the operation of the Great Dao, it would be no different from destroying the world. Therefore, it was an unacceptable method.

Then Xuan Tian, however, went to a different place and attempted to replace it with an array. He wanted to use the array to absorb the malevolent energy generated by the karma between cultivators and turn it into spiritual energy for people to absorb again. The Dutian Divine Fiend Array was an experiment conducted by Xuan Tian.

This is similar to a technological product, but it's incredibly difficult. Even the powerful deities on Earth can't do this; they can only absorb some malevolent or impure energy and transform it into spiritual energy that can be absorbed by humans. However, what the world lacks is not spiritual energy, but the in-demand Yin-Yang creative power. How can this Yin-Yang creative power be controlled so easily? Even Hongjun couldn't do it. This kind of thing cannot be satisfied by mere cultivation or supernatural powers. Even Hongjun, with his ability to unite with the Heavenly Dao, couldn't solve it. It's clear that this Yin-Yang creative power cannot be solved by mere cultivation or supernatural powers.

This matter might be unsolvable for Hongjun, but it's different for Xuantian. It's not that Xuantian's abilities are superior to Hongjun's, but rather that it's a matter of chance.

Xuan Tian possessed something that Hong Jun lacked. Firstly, his thoughts were rooted in the later era. Unlike people from the prehistoric times, Xuan Tian, as a transmigrator, had ideas that emerged from the information-saturated age of the future. Unlike the fixed mindset of the prehistoric world, which relied on cultivation and magical power for everything, Xuan Tian had his own perspective. Moreover, the later era was full of strange and wonderful ideas. Perhaps some ideas that were useless in that era could be realized here. Who could say for sure?

The second is about the Great Dao itself. Pangu was born from chaos. Pangu held the Great Dao of Creation, and his mission was to create the world. In addition, there are four Chaos Treasures. These treasures are almost identical to the Great Dao. They represent their respective Great Daos.

The Heaven-Opening Axe, as its name suggests, is an essential tool for the creation of the Great Dao. Pangu held it to open the heavens, which was an inevitable result of the evolution of the Great Dao.

The Jade Disc of Creation is different; it should more accurately be called the Jade Disc of the Great Dao. Of course, calling it the Jade Disc of Education would be a bit too much and awkward. This Jade Disc of Creation is responsible for the education of the living, and only those with great virtue and ability can use it to educate all living beings in the world.

The Chaos Pearl, floating within the chaos, suppresses it, invisible to all. Though unseen, it is the very foundation of heaven and earth. Pangu separated heaven and earth, creating the clear and turbid chaos. Yet, chaos is infinitely vast. Even with his immense power and the heaven-opening axe, Pangu could not completely cleave it. The primordial world, though vast, is less than half the size of chaos. In fact, even Hongjun today has no idea how wide and vast chaos truly is. Pangu's ability to separate heaven and earth was easy, but the pressure from chaos was immense. Like a submarine in the ocean, its interior wide open, the pressure it endures is unimaginable. Even Pangu had to perish trying to support heaven and earth. The preservation of heaven and earth today is due to the Chaos Pearl's ability to suppress chaos. Without it, heaven and earth would likely continue to be corrupted and assimilated by chaos. (This book doesn't discuss it much; it's only mentioned here and won't be elaborated on further.)

The last item was the Chaos Green Lotus, which was also a Chaos Treasure, similar to the Creation Jade Disc. It contained the Great Dao. In fact, all four treasures had their own unique Great Dao, but only the Creation Jade Disc and the Chaos Green Lotus could be unique Great Dao recorders. The Heaven-Opening Axe could not be used as a magic weapon for comprehending the Great Dao, but it and Pangu were the Great Dao of creation. After the creation of the world, this Great Dao was revealed in the hands of the Three Pure Ones and Xuan Tian.
