Explain the update

I did an extreme update a few days ago because someone in my family was sick and I went to the hospital to accompany him, so I got home late.

As a result, my family members got better and I was just happy, but then the joy turned into sorrow and I fell down again.

My health is not as good as before and I can’t even handle a cold or fever.

I don't know how many days it will take to resume normal updates. I'm very sorry!
