The light from the computer screen illuminated their faces.

Lu Rang looked tense and focused, while Shang Wu sat beside him, placing the pill in a clean, sealed bag.

"Controlled prescription drugs".

Lu Rang quickly typed on the keyboard to retrieve the information. "The distribution channels are strictly controlled. Lin Ruan could never get it herself."

He looked at Shang Wu.

"I'll have someone investigate."

Shang Wu nodded, then pointed to the sealed bag. "Now, we need to investigate two things. First, the source of the medicine, and second, since she is indeed pregnant, who is the father of the child?"

"Leave the source of the medicine to me."

"You know him?"

"Investigate him," Shang Wu and Lu Rang said in unison.
