Upon seeing Song Lin lying on the ground covered in blood, the newcomer immediately frowned and became highly vigilant.

"Didn't you say you caught Ye Huanhuan? Where is she? And what happened to you, you look like this?"

The newcomer's slightly aged voice was full of vigilance. His eyes constantly scanned the basement, and he didn't move an inch.

Lying on the ground, Song Lin grinned, looking like a madman, and said, "Guess."

Hiding behind the operating table, Ye Huanhuan couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief. She was really afraid that Song Lin would directly expose her current location. She didn't expect Song Lin to act unpredictably, which gave her an unexpected surprise.

The newcomer was immediately enraged by Song Lin's words and couldn't help but curse, "Damn it, you crazy bastard, I bet you're a bitch!"

He walked straight towards Song Lin and kicked him, demanding, "Tell me! Where is he?"

Song Lin winced in pain, but laughed even harder. "Beg me, hahaha..."

"You're crazy!" the man exclaimed angrily, kicking him several more times.

"You can't even handle this simple thing, you're a fucking piece of trash!"

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Ye Huanhuan quietly moved to the door; she had to escape from here as soon as possible.

Taking advantage of the two people's inattention, she tiptoed to the door, grasped the handle, and carefully turned it.

The door opened a crack, and Ye Huanhuan was overjoyed. Just as she was about to slip out, a large hand suddenly landed on her shoulder.

Ye Huanhuan was instantly terrified. She heard the old man's voice ring in her ears like a death warrant.

"Miss, where are you headed?"

Ye Huanhuan froze, slowly turned around, and asked in a trembling voice, "Uncle Liu... what a coincidence, what are you doing here..."

That's right, this man is none other than Uncle Liu, the driver for the Ye family.

A ruthless smile appeared on Liu Bo's wrinkled face, a stark contrast to his usual kind and honest demeanor at the Ye family's residence.

"Miss, I'm here to torment you, of course!"

As he spoke, Uncle Liu grabbed Ye Huanhuan's hair and dragged her roughly from the doorway to the iron cage.

Ye Huanhuan felt as if her scalp was being ripped off, but she dared not make any rash moves because she felt her stomach was starting to ache and there was a warm flow coming out of her lower body. She guessed that her water had probably broken.

Uncle Liu opened the iron cage and threw Ye Huanhuan inside. Ye Huanhuan fell to the ground, enduring the pain, and crawled to a corner.

"Uncle Liu, why did you do this?" Ye Huanhuan's trembling voice was full of doubt and shock.

Uncle Liu sneered, "Why? You stole everything from others, and you still have the nerve to ask me why!"

Ye Huanhuan's eyes widened, and she immediately guessed what it was.

"What exactly is your relationship with Ye Ru?"

Uncle Liu avoided answering, saying, "What kind of relationship it is is none of your business, Miss. All you need to know is that you've messed with the wrong person. Now, if you just behave, I can guarantee you won't die such a painful death."

Uncle Liu's words sent a chill down Ye Huanhuan's spine. It seemed that all of this was orchestrated by Ye Ru and Uncle Liu, and Song Lin was merely a pawn in their game.

Just then, Song Lin crawled forward a few steps, grabbed Liu Bo's leg, opened his mouth and bit him hard, forcing out words through his teeth as he bit:

"Huanhuan is mine... You're not allowed to kill her! I'm going to keep her in a cage with me for the rest of my life, you can forget about killing her!"

It seems that Liu Bo's words, "I promise I won't let you die so painfully," provoked Song Lin, causing him to suddenly go berserk.

"Ouch!" Uncle Liu cried out in pain, kicking Song Lin in the stomach. "Damn it, you crazy bastard, get out of my way!"

Song Lin was kicked hard and groaned, but still refused to let go.

At this moment, he was like a mad dog, biting Liu Bo's leg tightly and refusing to let go.

Having no other choice, Uncle Liu picked up the iron chain from the ground and strangled Song Lin with all his might.

Song Lin was being strangled and couldn't breathe, so he could only loosen his mouth and desperately struggle with his hands.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Ye Huanhuan immediately crawled out of the cage. Now, she no longer cared about the amniotic fluid flowing out of her body. She ran behind Uncle Liu, took out a utility knife, and stabbed him in the back of the shoulder.

She originally intended to stab Uncle Liu in the neck, but if she did, he would surely die on the spot, and even if she escaped, she would be branded a murderer. Therefore, she didn't want to become a murderer unless absolutely necessary.

Liu Bo, in pain, loosened the chains, turned around, grabbed Ye Huanhuan's hair, and threw her away violently.

Ye Huanhuan felt a sudden dizziness and fell heavily to the ground, completely disoriented.

"You bitch, how dare you stab me with a knife!"

Uncle Liu stood up and limped toward Ye Huanhuan.

Before he could take two steps, Song Lin grabbed his legs tightly again.

"You are not allowed to kill her!"

Song Lin's purple face was filled with madness. He had completely lost his mind, but he had only one belief in his heart: he could not let anyone kill Ye Huanhuan. He wanted to imprison Ye Huanhuan, lock her in a cage for the rest of her life, and make her stay with him for the rest of her life.

Uncle Liu was utterly fed up with this crazy lunatic, but unfortunately he didn't have any weapons on him, so he could only bend down and forcefully strike Song Lin's back with his elbow.

With each blow, Song Lin was struck until he coughed up blood.

But he refused to let go, muttering repeatedly, "I won't let you kill Huanhuan!"
