Lu Zhaoming froze on the spot.

He quickly stopped in his tracks, wondering if this girl had been possessed by some evil spirit.

"Su Li, are you alright? Do you want me to give you a full body check-up? It's free!" Lu Zhaoming asked tentatively, not forgetting to be cheeky.

However, Su Li only gave him a cold look before walking away without turning her head.

That silhouette looked exactly like a young wife about to run away from home.

He sped up his password cracking, his fingers flying across the keyboard.

"Ding! Password successfully cracked!"

As soon as the system notification sounded, Lu Zhaoming pushed open the laboratory door without hesitation.

The laboratory was pitch black, and the air was filled with a pungent chemical smell.

Lu Zhaoming turned on his tactical flashlight and cautiously went inside.

"This is the 'Azure Core'?" Lu Zhaoming was shocked. He could sense that this device contained extremely powerful energy.

Next to the device, there were rows of metal cabinets with various labels on them.

Lu Zhaoming casually opened a cabinet and found that it contained a large amount of data about the experimental subjects.
