The man placed the foot basin beside the bed, and with his strong, powerful hand, he gently grasped the woman's fair and slender ankle, and carefully placed her feet into the basin.

"Wantang, is the water temperature right?" The man knelt on one knee, looking up at the bright and beautiful woman in front of him.

"Hmm, it's alright." Su Wantang's slender white fingers lightly turned the pages of the parenting book, her eyes gentle and serene.

"That's fine then."

The man held her slender, jade-like foot and gently placed it in the basin of water. Then, he put her other foot into the basin as well.
