Lu Linchuan picked up his things and got up to go to the kitchen—

"I'll cook," Su Wantang said. "So many people have come over; you should keep them company."

“You’re still pregnant.” Lu Linchuan frowned; he couldn’t bear to see his wife suffer.

"Who says you can't cook when you're pregnant?" Su Wantang chuckled. "It's just cooking a meal, it won't hurt."
