When Xie Yuanping saw Xia Yan come out, his eyes were blazing with fury.

"Xia Yan! Was it you who did this?! You've made me burdened with billions in debt, and you're quite pleased with yourself, aren't you?!"

Xia Yan chuckled softly, her expression full of disdain for Xie Yuanping.

"No, I'm just showing you clearly that this is the consequence of offending me and the Xia family!"

Raising her hand, Xia Yan slapped Xie Yuanping across the face the instant the bodyguard held him down.

"Remember this: you can't easily deceive the Xia family. If you dare to have an affair and have an illegitimate child, you'll have to pay the price!"

Xia Yan is known for being fiercely protective of her own.

Xie Yuanping dared to have an affair right under her nose and even father two illegitimate children?!

Xia Yan had wanted to slap him across the face for a long time!

Xia Chuyue saw Xia Yan displaying her power in the crowd, and her eyes immediately lit up with admiration.

Several female employees in the crowd exclaimed "Wow!"

Xia Chuyue felt honored and silently praised him twice.

Xia Yan saw Xia Chuyue wearing a mask and hat in the crowd, and the corners of her mouth slightly curved up, her expression softening for a moment.

She turned her head and looked back at Xie Yuanping again.

Xie Yuanping was pinned down by several bodyguards who caught up from behind, his face red and swollen, looking utterly disheveled.

He glared at Xia Yan with venomous eyes, panting, like a lurking, sinister snake.

Xie Yuanping made some harsh remarks.

Xia Yan didn't care at all; she smiled dismissively.

"Xie Yuanping, you are really a bit naive and innocent."

“I grew up with my father and started practicing in a small company when I was eleven. In college, I learned to manage a company from the bottom up. What makes you think you can beat me?”

Xia Yan, who comes from an elite education, doesn't take Xie Yuanping, a man from a humble background who has achieved success, seriously at all.

Seeing Xie Yuanping unable to vent his anger and only able to glare at her resentfully, Xia Yan delivered another blow to him.

"Are you trying to say that you started infiltrating this company and cultivating your own power more than a decade ago?"

"Both General Manager Wang and Manager Li of the Xia Group are on good terms with you? You still have a chance to rise?"

A hint of sarcasm flashed in Xia Yan's eyes.

"You're so stupid. I've always known about your little tricks, but I just didn't bother with you because my sister likes you."

Xie Yuanping swayed slightly upon hearing Xia Yao's words.

He stared at Xia Yao in disbelief, his lips completely drained of color.

"Impossible, how is this possible?!"

Xie Yuanping has always been someone who likes to leave himself an out; how could Xia Yan possibly see through the things he did in secret?!

Xia Yan thought he was stupid and raised an eyebrow with a cold smile.

"You don't believe me when I say you're stupid. The reason you were allowed to join the Xia Group as a team leader was because I gave you the hint. Otherwise, do you really think you're that capable?"

To kill someone, you must first destroy their spirit!

Xia Chuyue couldn't help but want to applaud Xia Yan as she listened to her words.

Every word pierced Xie Yuanping's heart!

Xie Yuanping's pride and joy in his talent and management skills were, from beginning to end, nothing more than a gift from Xia Yan!

Now, Xie Yuanping didn't even need his bodyguards to hold him down; he simply collapsed to the ground on his own.

His lips trembled, unwilling to admit that he had never been able to compete with Xia Yan at the same table.

Xie Yuanping clutched his hair, having suffered the most painful blow he had ever experienced.

The onlookers shook their heads and whispered among themselves.

"President Xie is far too overconfident. If he hadn't married Miss Xia, he probably wouldn't have been able to get into Xia's Group."

"Stop talking, or he might get angry and retaliate."

"A petty man."

Xia Yan coughed lightly, and the bodyguards understood, quickly asking the onlookers to leave.

The corridor widened, and for a moment, only Xie Yuanping's breathing could be heard.

Xia Chuyue stood to the side and shook her head slightly.

"Actually, Mom already knew about what you did."

Xie Yuanping suddenly looked up, his gaze towards Xia Chuyue filled with resentment.

It's you, it's all you!

Xie Yuanping suddenly realized something.

"I know, it must have been you who told Xia Yan. You know a lot of things, don't you! It must have been those things you said to Xia Yan!"
