Seeing Li Donglai being driven away, Zhao Yuxuan breathed a sigh of relief and felt grateful to the suddenly appearing Boss Liu.

She looked at the other person gratefully, her eyes filled with respect and thanks.

“Thank you, Liu… Boss Liu.” Zhao Yuxuan’s voice trembled slightly, but her tone was full of sincerity. “My name is Zhao Yuxuan. I… I just wanted to come here to find a new beginning and hope to make some contributions to the settlement.”

Suddenly, Zhao Yuxuan noticed a large crowd gathered ahead and asked Liu Zhen curiously, "Brother Liu, what's going on over there? Why are so many people gathered here?"

Liu Zhen smiled upon hearing this and said, "It's your Tianyu base that's distributing relief supplies. Let's go take a look."

The two walked through the crowd and saw a group of people wearing Tianyu Base uniforms busily distributing supplies, including food, water, and some basic medical supplies.

"Everyone line up and collect your food in an orderly manner. Don't push. Everyone will get some," a staff member from the Tianyu base shouted, trying to maintain order at the scene.

However, the refugees did not seem to pay much attention to the staff's calls; they crowded and jostled, trying to get as much supplies as possible.

The scene was quite chaotic at one point, and some people even fell to the ground while scrambling for the items.

Zhao Yuxuan frowned upon seeing this: "Brother Liu, has everyone always received supplies this way?"

"Haha, yeah." Liu Zhen seemed to have seen something funny, and laughed a few times before explaining, "The people here don't have much entertainment or anything to do every day. Every time Tianyu Base comes to distribute supplies, it becomes the most anticipated and lively time for everyone. Look at them, although they are scrambling for them, it is also their way of expressing their desire and enthusiasm for life."

Hearing Liu Zhen say that, Zhao Yuxuan frowned even more deeply.
