The tickling sensation on his neck made Chu Jing chuckle a few times, his eyes filled with laughter. He grabbed Xu Lingzhao's arm that was across his shoulder and said in a soft voice, "I'm not angry. You can't be so mean."

"Hmm, I won't do that again." Xu Lingzhao closed her eyes, enjoying the peace of the moment. It was good that he was alright. She had been very anxious the whole way, but she couldn't show it.
