On Saturday, August 13, 2005, the 2005-2006 Premier League season resumed.

Manchester United, currently one of the BIG4, played first. As expected, Manchester United easily defeated Everton 2-0 away from home. Ferguson did not field new signing Tevez in this match.

On Sunday, the first surprise of the new season occurred, with newly crowned European champions Liverpool drawing 0-0 away to Middlesbrough.

Arsenal then defeated Newcastle United 2-0 at home, with Adebayor and Henry forming a strike partnership and both scoring twice. They conquered Highbury Stadium in just one game!

Leeds United's home game against defending champions Chelsea was scheduled as the last match of this round.

The entire Chelsea team arrived in Leeds last night.

In an interview with reporters this morning, Mourinho also responded to Li Shiguang's previous comments about him. He said that he would show Li Shiguang what it means to only know how to play defensive counter-attacking football. He said that Chelsea could easily crush Leeds United with the players' strength, and he wouldn't need to park the bus to win.

After interviewing Mourinho, the reporters quickly relayed Mourinho's words to Li Shiguang.

Upon hearing this, Li Shiguang's lips curled into a disdainful sneer. He said that Mourinho's words were simply nonsense. He did not believe that Chelsea's players were much stronger than Leeds United's in terms of overall strength, and in some positions, they were even weaker than Leeds United's players.

This exchange between the two head coaches immediately sparked a new round of online flame wars between their respective fans.

No matter how fiercely the two sides argue, football matters still need to be resolved on the football field.

At 7:25 p.m., both teams' players had lined up in the player tunnel and were ready to go on the field.

Erre Geddy's voice echoed through the Elland Road stadium once again after more than two months: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Elland Road!!!"

"Today, after a year's absence, our young guard will once again embark on their Premier League journey at Elland Road. In just a few minutes, our lads will face the defending champions, Chelsea. Let's cheer them on!"

Following Erre Geddy's resounding voice, the atmosphere at the stadium was pushed to a climax by the League fans.

"Next, please allow me to introduce the starting lineups of both teams today, starting with our Leeds United team."

"Today, Leeds United fielded a 4-2-3-1 formation, with Falcao leading the attack! Behind him, from left to right, were the young Gareth Bale, who had just been promoted to the first team by Lee, Berbatov, and Sebastian Deisler! The two holding midfielders were our young captain James Milner and summer signing Yaya Touré. The two center-backs were familiar faces, Chiellini and Kompany, and the two full-backs were Philipp Lahm from Germany on the left and Maicon, who joined Leeds United from France in the summer, on the right! The goalkeeper was still Schmeichel."

Although many fans have criticized Li Shiguang's new lineup, it is, after all, his own team. After criticizing it, they should still support him.

Especially for the die-hard fans in the South Stand who had already been won over by Lee Shih last season, every time Ere Geddy introduced a player, they would be greeted with their wild cheers. In their hearts, no matter how the team's players changed, as long as Lee Shih was still there, Leeds United was invincible!

After introducing Leeds United's lineup, Ere Geddy continued with Chelsea's lineup: "Next up is Chelsea, and it's a bit different from before. Today, Mourinho has fielded a 4-3-3 formation. When Li Shiguang saw Chelsea's lineup, he knew he had guessed correctly.

Whether due to underestimating their opponent or being spurred on by his own comments, Mourinho indeed changed his usual 4-2-3-1 formation, indicating that he wanted to play attacking football today.

Seeing his wicked scheme succeed, Li Shiguang's lips curled into his signature smirk as he thought to himself, "Although Joe Cole and Robben are also incredibly fast players, their defensive attributes aren't strong. And today Mourinho even put them on the wing, leaving only two full-backs to face Bale and Deisler's attacks. I can only pray that they're fast enough, hehe."

After speaking in the locker room, Li Shiguang used the two cards on Falcao and Deisler respectively.

The attributes of the two have also changed.

Deisler is alright; he has simply returned to his original level.

However, Falcao's overall rating has now reached S+, with his physical attributes, shooting power, and shooting accuracy all reaching a peak value of 99.

After reviewing Falcao's attributes, Li Shiguang couldn't help but marvel at Drogba's dominance at his peak! No wonder he single-handedly led a group of Chelsea veterans to snatch the Champions League title from Bayern Munich in 2012!

Just as Li Shiguang was still marveling at Drogba's strength.

A cheer erupted in the stadium as the referee blew the whistle to start the match.

Chelsea were the first to kick off.
