When Li Zhanting, Gu Jingxing, and Gu Shanshan returned to the Li family villa, it was already 10 p.m.

Seeing that her father and brother were not home today and had not slept, Li Qingling sat on the living room carpet, hugging her dolls and playing house.

Hearing a noise from the entrance, she immediately put down her doll, stuck her little bottom out, climbed up from the carpet, and ran over to greet them.

Just as he was wondering what was going on, the door was suddenly pulled open, and he almost fell to the ground because he lost his balance.

Ling'er, gripping the doorknob, saw her brother's comical expression and finally couldn't hold back her anger, giggling uncontrollably.

When Gu Jingxing saw her smile, he was no longer angry and smiled along with her.

"Are you telling the truth? You really only brought her back to teach her a lesson?" Despite her happiness, Ling'er still asked again with some concern.
