When Chen's mother saw that Shen Fang was sitting in her seat, chatting and laughing with her best friend while playing mahjong, she was furious.

Chen's mother was furious.

Mr. Chen glanced at Mrs. Chen but completely ignored her.

"Isn't Xiao Shen from Hong Kong?"

"Auntie, am I from Maoming?"

"A Maoming native? My ancestral home is also Maoming. Which part of Maoming are you from? Shenjia Village, Dianbai area?"

"Hey fellow villager, everything's going well. How's Maoming developing these days?"

Mr. Chen came to his senses.

"Is she planning to go back to her parents' home next? Uncle Fu came over to help Madam pack her luggage; she's getting ready to go home."

"Auntie is so cute."

"Xiao Shen, your aunt has a spoiled princess temper. I've been so sad for her all these years. Luckily, A-Lin has a good temper. You two are a good match. A-Lin, never be like your mother. She makes trouble for no reason every day, arguing even when she's wrong, and being unreasonable."

Chen's mother's close friends also quickly offered their comfort.

"Why are you so angry? It's their first time visiting, and you're already giving them attitude. How can you expect them to treat you well as their mother-in-law in the future?"
