There are also threats from rivals. These days, the death of a real estate tycoon is nothing special. Some unscrupulous real estate tycoons employ a group of thugs, some even armed with guns. This is a common occurrence. If you get into trouble, someone might want to take you down one day. How can you defend yourself?

So, if you don't have some connections, you shouldn't even bother getting involved in real estate; you won't succeed.
