Chapter 532 The Course of Events

As soon as she entered the door, Sixth Sister almost collapsed to the ground. Seeing Aunt Hou lying on the ground with a rope around her neck and no reaction at all, tears immediately streamed down her face.

Shu Yu stepped forward, reached out and touched her neck, then breathed a sigh of relief.

He must have known about the affair between the Hou family and the other official. After saying this, he glared at the official again.

Shu Yu got up and, together with the sixth young lady, Hou Shi, they walked out of the house.

Back in the dormitory, the three of them finally breathed a long sigh of relief.

Hou thanked Shuyu gratefully again, but Shuyu waved her hand and prepared to go to sleep.

After all this commotion, it's already very late. If I don't go to sleep now, I won't be able to get up tomorrow.

Shu Yu didn't care; she could sleep in the car as long as she wanted. It was Hou Shi who should be worried.
