Full-Level Boss Transmigrates and Becomes Pampered

【1v1, Doted On, Fiery! Awesome! Sweet!】

Second Master Jin indulges in worldly pleasures, his life motto being simply to have fun. When a certain cat lunges at him, he lightly dodges, "...

Chapter 356 I'm not lying to you, unless it's not me.

Mu Jin took the cup from the cat's hand and said calmly, "Because that's water."

Cat looked at Mu Jin and suddenly realized, "How could you do this? We agreed to have good wine together! How could you drink water?"

Mu Jin leaned back in her chair and said calmly, "I told you to drink water a long time ago, but you wouldn't listen. I didn't say that I was drinking alcohol."

Cat tried to think about it. She had assumed from the beginning that A-Jin was drinking alcohol. White wine is almost transparent, similar to water. How did she know that A-Jin was drinking water?

Her mind was a bit muddled. Cat pointed at Ah Jin, but suddenly ran out of words. She felt like she had been cheated, so she pouted and said sadly, "Ah Jin, you lied to me."

"I'm not lying to you," Mu Jin said. He felt wronged by the accusation, as he had tried to stop the cat many times, but it was too domineering and wouldn't listen to a word.

"You lied! I drank alcohol, you drank water, that's the truth! You lied to me." Cat said, even more aggrieved, and sadly slumped onto the table.

Mu Jin paused, looking at the cat that had suddenly become depressed, and was momentarily at a loss.

He reached out and touched the cat's head, as if to explain, "I thought you wanted a drink."

The cat stirred and buried its face in its arms. "You just lied to me..."

Mu Jin's gaze fell on the top of the cat's head, and she suddenly realized that she couldn't coax it. Her emotions were like a roller coaster ride, suddenly plummeting to the bottom.

“Then…” Mu Jin hesitated for a moment, “it’s my fault.”

God knows, there might never be anyone in this world who could make Mu Jin say such a thing. This is definitely the first time!

Cat grabbed Mu Jin's hand. "It's your fault. You lied to me."

Mu Jin let her hold him. Although he was mentally prepared for the cat to go crazy while drunk, he hadn't expected this to be the case.

Turning his head to look outside, Mu Jin decided not to linger any longer. He helped the cat up and said, "I'll take you home."

The cat rubbed against Mu Jin and hugged him tightly. "I won't go back, A Jin. I want to stay with you. Don't even think about getting rid of me."

Mu Jin could only hold the person in his arms, his eyes deep, as he ruffled the cat's hair. "What are you talking about? When did I ever shake you off?"

In that case, this wasn't the first time the cat had said it, nor was it the first time he had heard it.

However, every time he heard it, he felt that the cat was very far away from him.

Mu Jin picked up the cat and pulled up the fur on her collar to cover half of her face.

When they left, the same waiter who had escorted them there saw them off. He waited until they were inside the elevator before patting his wildly beating heart – things were progressing so fast! The fairy-like beauty was drunk, the night was long, what kind of unspeakable events were going to happen?!

But! She still didn't see what her amazing brother-in-law looked like! So frustrating!

...

The van drove smoothly through the night.

Inside the car, the cat stayed nestled in Mu Jin's arms, unconsciously rubbing against his chest.

"Ah Jin, don't lie to me," the cat said again.

She's said this countless times, from the restaurant to here.

Mu Jin said again, "I didn't lie to you."

I don't know when his temper became so good; he didn't lose his temper at all, letting the cat do whatever it wanted!

If Ye Mingshi saw this, her eyes would probably pop out. If it were anyone else, Mu Jin would have kicked them away long ago.

Suddenly, Mu Jin stiffened slightly. He looked down and saw that the person in his arms had quietly stopped making a fuss. However, she seemed to have been crying, and he could still feel the dampness through the two layers of clothing.

"Why are you crying?" Mu Jin asked. "If you feel so bad, then don't drink it anymore."

He thought the cat was drunk and crying for no reason, so he thought it would be better to make a scene.

The cat snuggled into Mu Jin's arms and said, "Ah Jin, you said the same thing last time. You said you would come to find me soon, but I waited for a year, two years, ten years... I don't know how many years I've waited, I can't count them all, and you still haven't come."

You lied to me, I'm so scared, please lie to me again.

Mu Jin frowned, her lips pressed into a straight line, wondering how many years... how long was that?

"Jiu Maomao, who am I?" Mu Jin asked.

Cat: "You're Ah Jin!"

Mu Jin asked again, "Who are you waiting for?"

Cat: "The person I'm waiting for is Ah Jin!"

Mu Jin fell silent. He always felt a sense of unreality and disorientation from the cat's words, always feeling that "A Jin" was him, yet not him.

The cat's origins were already mysterious, and the secret she brought was something he couldn't avoid, because it concerned him.

The cat was holding Mu Jin, but because its grip was getting weaker and weaker, it slowly slid down.

Mu Jin lifted her up, shifted her body slightly, lowered her shoulders, and let her lean against him.

He looked down at her, wiped away the tears from the corners of her eyes with his fingertips, and said, "Jiu Maomao, I'm not lying to you, unless that's not me."

The cat fell asleep. It fussed for a while, cried for a while, and then quietly drifted off to sleep.

After a long while, the nanny van stopped in front of the hotel villa, and Mu Jin took the cat out.

Just as he reached the door, it was opened, and Shan Xingwen stood inside.

Mu Jin looked at him; clearly, it was illogical to see a man here at this hour.

Dan Xingwen glanced at the cat Mu Jin was holding and said, "Are you drunk? Come in quickly, it's cold outside. I was worried about you not coming back. Now that I've seen you, I should go."

Mu Jin carried the cat inside and took it directly to the bedroom. She tucked the cat in with a blanket before turning off the light and coming out.
