【1v1, Doted On, Fiery! Awesome! Sweet!】
Second Master Jin indulges in worldly pleasures, his life motto being simply to have fun. When a certain cat lunges at him, he lightly dodges, "...
The bodyguard responded and immediately ran out.
Song Sifan couldn't help but recall what Maomao had just said, "You can't compare to Ajin."
But he didn't believe it.
...
After Song Sifan left, Maomao soon sensed something amiss. A strong killing intent emanated from outside the door, and then she clearly felt a fresh soul drift in.
It seemed unaware of its own death, wandering aimlessly in circles around her room as if it couldn't find its way out.
The cat frowned. How did this spirit end up here?
The cat swallowed hard; the temptation was too great for her… She couldn’t help but reach out to grab it, but then clenched her fist. No, no, she couldn’t eat it. She was human, and Ajin didn’t like her eating it either.
But she was so hungry!
To eat or not to eat... The cat stared wide-eyed, struggling intensely in her heart. However, as she watched the spirit turn around, by the time the cat realized what was happening, the spirit was already in her hand.
The scales in her heart tipped in favor of food, and the decision was swift and decisive!
A cloud of black mist emanated from the cat's hand and slowly enveloped the spirit. The spirit, which had just been in human form, instantly transformed into a green ball of light smaller than the palm of the hand.
Just as the cat brought it to its mouth, it meowed!
A dark shadow flew out from behind the curtains, swept past her, and snatched the ball of light from her hand!
The cat looked over instantly and saw the black cat land on the ground, licking its lips with its tongue, its eyes slightly narrowed, looking as if it was savoring the memory.
"Meow!" The cat didn't know whether to be happy or sad.
Her cat finally found her, but it even dared to steal her food!
"Meow~"
The black cat raised its front paws and lightly leaped onto the bed, squatting down beside the cat. Its two front paws were obediently together, and now it had a fawning look on its face. Its master cannot eat the spirits in the cycle of reincarnation, it... it's all for her own good.
The cat closed its eyes tightly, trying to comfort itself, telling itself that it would pass if it just endured it.
"Meow, go steal me a cell phone," the cat ordered.
"Meow~"
The black cat rubbed its head against the kitten and shook its head vigorously.
The cat looked at the black cat. She knew the black cat was talking to her, but she still had to guess. "You won't let me steal it? I'm going to call Ah Jin."
"Meow meow~"
The black cat rubbed against her again, this time nodding frantically.
Cat paused for a moment, then suddenly asked, "You brought Ah Jin with you?"
"Meow!"
The black cat continued nodding frantically.
It finally guessed right; it did bring Jin Shen with it. It's been running around so much these past few days, its little paws are practically worn out.
I don't know what's wrong with this place. It couldn't smell its master's scent at all before, but it only smelled it when it followed Jin Shen to the mountainside, so it came in first.
"Great!" the cat exclaimed, getting up.
She put a strip of cloth around her neck and slinged her arms up to make it a little easier to move around, then leaned against the bed and waited.
Less than twenty minutes later, some noise came from outside.
Cat looked over instantly. In the night, all the lights were exceptionally bright. She could clearly see the blue star trails that stretched for hundreds of meters. That was Ah Jin's star-gazing technique!
"Ah Jin is here!" Cat's eyes lit up with a smile.
She gazed outside, wondering where Mu Jin was and what obstacles she had encountered, while the black cat lay on the bed, its face completely calm.
Could the Goddess Jin really be stopped by a bunch of mortals?
Just then, her door suddenly opened, and Song Sifan strode in.
Only two dim wall lamps were on in the room. The cat leaned against the bed, tilting her head slightly, and she was smiling.
This scene was so beautiful.
If only the expectation in her eyes wasn't directed at someone else.
"Are you waiting for Mu Jin?" Song Sifan asked knowingly. Sometimes, even when the answer is agonizing, she still tortures herself by wanting to hear it.
"Yes!"
Sure enough, she answered cheerfully, and she was so confident, as if she had known all along that Mu Jin would come to find her.
Song Sifan leaned down and said to her with a smile, "Kitty, let me tell you something. I like you, and I'm serious. It's not about competing with Mu Jin. Remember that."
Cat frowned and looked at Song Sifan. "I don't like you."
"That doesn't matter anymore, I won't give up."
Song Sifan opened his arms; he wanted to hug the cat.
The cat backed away.
"Meow!" The black cat also puffed up its fur and arched its body, blocking their way.
Song Sifan glanced at the black cat.
"Bang!"
With a loud crash, the cat turned its head and saw a triangular spike embedded in the huge glass. After a second, the glass suddenly shattered into countless pieces! A hand grabbed the window frame and nimbly jumped in.
It's Mu Jin!
As soon as he landed, he suddenly attacked Song Sifan! Song Sifan caught his punch, and the two started fighting on the side, with each punch and kick making a loud clanging sound!
Mu Jin fought fiercely, his punches and kicks were incredibly fast! Maomao had never seen him fight so angrily before.
Song Sifan was no match for Mu Jin, especially since he had an injury on his neck. Soon, Mu Jin noticed his injury, suddenly grabbed his neck, and slammed him against the wall!
Mu Jin's hands tightened quickly. The bandage wrapped around Song Sifan's neck was completely soaked in blood, and its color gradually darkened.
His narrow eyes stared coldly at Song Sifan, his killing intent growing stronger.
Seeing the hatred in Mu Jin's eyes, Song Sifan slowly smiled. Even though he had difficulty speaking, he still said, "What are you hating? Are you hating your own incompetence? Five days have passed, and you only just found this place. If someone else had captured her, she would have died hundreds of times over."
