Cat sat back down, frowned and said, "Someone took Ziying away. It was the man who pretended to be her husband. His name is Zeng Bo."

Mu Jin's eyes held a dangerous glint. "He's the one who injured you too?"

The cat nodded.

"How could he hurt you?" Mu Jin asked again. He knew very well how strong Maomao was; ordinary people couldn't hurt him.

The cat was forced to lie down, staring intently at Mu Jin, who remained silent for a while.

The cat grasped Mu Jin's hand and blinked. "Ah Jin, are you scared?"

Mu Jin remained silent.

He wouldn't let her wait and overthink things anymore; this time, he would stay with her no matter what.

She felt a little unreal about it.

Cat was a little discouraged. Fate must be playing a trick on her. Just when she could finally sleep with Ah Jin, it pulled this stunt on her.
