Qiao Yan couldn't refuse, so she could only go through a simple round with her. After the round, the two sat down again. Mei Zhizhi held the script and praised Qiao Yan's acting skills. Qiao Yan smiled. Looking at the corner of her script that was covered with various labels, it was obvious that Mei Zhizhi was a very hardworking actor.

The timing was just right, and the agent came over with a borrowed hair dryer, panting.

"Why did you take so many things?" Qiao Yan asked, reaching out to take the things in the other person's arms. In addition to the hair dryer, there was also a power strip and a plug converter.

"I'm being thoughtful," the agent said. Their location wasn't convenient for plugging in power cords, so they needed an extension cord to extend the length of the hair dryer. As for the plug adapter, it was used to charge other electronic devices.

"Actually, it's almost done." Qiao Yan smiled, but still stood still and let her agent blow dry her clothes.

Mei Zhizhi stood aside and reached out to help Qiao Yan pull her clothes so that they could be blown dry.

Almost the entire crew looked towards Director Wen, and they realized that the person being scolded was Zeng Shenli!

On the other side, Zeng Shenli hung her head, looking depressed for the first time. Her agent was wiping the sweat off her face and explaining that she was not feeling well today and had a low fever.

"So she's sick..." Mei Zhizhi murmured thoughtfully. Qiao Yan turned around and asked, "What's wrong?"

"Ah," Mei Zhizhi was stunned for a moment, then said, "I ran into Sister Zeng in the elevator this morning. She was wearing a mask and looked like she hadn't slept well. She had dark circles under her eyes. I greeted her but she didn't hear me. She looked quite distracted."

Mei Zhizhi said this, then glanced at Ba Zimian, who was putting on makeup. She lowered her voice and asked Qiao Yan, "Did something really happen during the opening ceremony that day? Otherwise, why are the main actors getting sick one after another?"

After hearing what she said, Qiao Yan was stunned and noticed that the third female lead who was sick yesterday was indeed present today. As a result, it was the female lead's turn to be sick today.

Although she covered it up with makeup, Ba Zimian still looked a little tired. In this weather, she even used a hand warmer and was resting with her eyes closed.

Because of the female lead's health problem, Director Wen finally had to put other scenes ahead of him, so the male lead's workload today was happily increased.

As one of the people affected by the adjustment of the shooting schedule, Qiao Yan was also happy to receive the intensity of shooting for three consecutive scenes. It was not until after dinner time that she had time to go to the bathroom and change into her normal clothes.

There was only one public toilet near the filming location, and no one was there at the moment. But when Qiao Yan was about to walk out of the cubicle, she heard hurried footsteps, followed by a violent cough outside.

"What's the point of saying this now, ahem?" The person who had been silent finally spoke. Qiao Yan's eyes widened suddenly. It was Zeng Shenli!

Qiao Yan now realized that this person was Zeng Canli's agent. Was he the "he" mentioned in the conversation between the two people referring to...?

Feeding her and playing with her, Qiao Yan thought over and over again, could Zeng Canli... have a child?!

The conversation outside had died down, and after hearing the footsteps of the people leaving, Qiao Yan slowly emerged from the cubicle. As soon as she emerged, she noticed the wet wash basin of the two; it was clearly the one Zeng Shenli had just used.
