Xi Ran and Chu Jiangning ate the spoils that Chu Jiangyi had bought.

The latter gave Chu Jiang a wicked and seductive smile.

Xi Ran was a little embarrassed and handed the coconut juice she hadn't started drinking yet to Chu Jiangyi.

Chu Jiang also quickly refused, "No need, you keep it and drink it. I don't like drinking this. I like drinking Sprite. Do you want some Sprite? I'll buy it for you."

Chu Jiangning ordered her brother without any hesitation, "I want to, and while I'm at it, bring Sister Ran a bottle of Coke too."

Chu Jiang frowned. "You little brat, you just wanted to drink it all, didn't you? You wanted both Sprite and Coke. Don't be so greedy."

"No, that's not it. Ran-jie and I just played a quick-answer game. We asked each other, Sprite or Coke, which one would you choose?"

Without hesitation, Sister Ran chose Coke. It's clear that Coke is her true love; Sprite takes a backseat. Brother, your tastes are quite different from Sister Ran's!

"Sister Ran prefers Coke, but you prefer Sprite. Your tastes are quite different. You'll have to spend a lot of time getting used to each other when you're together, right?"

Chu Jiangyi glanced at Chu Jiangning and said, "Who told you I like Sprite? My favorite drink is Coke. You're mistaken."

Chu Jiangning was completely bewildered. What was her brother up to?

He clearly likes Sprite but insists he likes Coke; is he a masochist?

She discovered the secret that the two couldn't keep: her brother had another weakness over her, and it seemed she could get her brother to do something for her again.

Chu Jiangning watched Chu Jiangyi's departing figure and revealed a sly smile.

Xi Ran asked curiously, "What funny thing did you find this time that's making you laugh like that?"

"I didn't find anything fun, but I discovered something even more interesting."

"What?"

"Don't you think it's fun to tease my brother?"

I don't think so.

Chu Jiangning touched his chin, looking incredulous. "Could it be that our Sister Ran is feeling sorry for me? Wow! I've discovered an incredible secret! Sister Ran has fallen for my brother! That's amazing! My brother will be ecstatic when he finds out."

Xi Ran quickly covered Chu Jiangning's mouth. This girl really dared to say anything. She looked at Chu Jiangning not far away and realized that he hadn't returned yet, so she breathed a sigh of relief.

"What nonsense are you talking about? I didn't say anything."

Chu Jiangning refused to believe it, crossed his arms, and circled around Xi Ran with a half-smile on his face.

"I clearly discovered that you two were having an affair, so why are you pretending? Confess and you'll be treated leniently, resist and you'll be punished severely. Beautiful lady, you should just admit it openly. There's nothing shameful about admitting that you like my brother."

Xi Ran blushed slightly at Chu Jiangning's words, "I didn't, I didn't."

"If you don't have it, you don't have it. Why are you blushing?"

Xi Ran vehemently denied it, saying, "I wasn't blushing either, don't talk nonsense."

Chu Jiangning pointed to her eyes. "Am I blind? I'm only in the third year of junior high school. My eyes have just fully developed and my vision is excellent. I'm almost X-ray vision. How dare you doubt my eyesight? You can't be insulted! You can't slander a young girl like me!"

Xi Ran sighed, thinking to herself, "Chu Jiangyi and Chu Jiangning are indeed siblings, both shameless and thick-skinned."

Xi Ran was exasperated. These two siblings had very similar temperaments; it was truly infuriating.

Seeing Chu Jiangyi's approaching footsteps, Xi Ran said helplessly, "Your brother is back. Please watch your mouth and don't say anything carelessly. Keep your mouth shut."

Chu Jiangning said with a smug look, "It depends on my mood. Look at my brother who went all the way to buy us drinks. If I don't tell the truth, I'll really feel bad."
