Jiang Yanxia and Zhuang Zhimeng were laughing and joking, which made them seem less nervous.

When An Qingbai and Su Mengmeng brought over the brown sugar water and eggs, Maoxian knew they were for it and even sat up to eat some.

"Look, the yarn is about to give birth," Zhuang Zhimeng suggested.

"Qingbai and Mengge, you two go to the yard first. Maoxian isn't very familiar with you, and it'll get nervous!"

"Can!"

"Okay, let's go out first!"

An Qingbai and Su Mengmeng had no objections and turned to leave the house.

Jiang Yanxia simply squatted down and fed Maoxian a few more mouthfuls of brown sugar water.

"Keep it up! Try to make every single one go this smoothly."

After resting and recovering her strength, the second kitten was born smoothly and quickly, half an hour later.

After giving birth to the second puppy, the wool should have stopped growing; she was already standing up and licking the puppy's fur.

Zhuang Zhimeng and Jiang Yanxia took turns patting the yarn's head.

"You can do it, yarn!"

"Yarn, you're amazing!"

Jiang Yanxia moved the bowl closer to the yarn, letting it drink the brown sugar water by itself.

He then touched the cold sweat on his forehead.

"Wow, Zhimeng, I can finally relax! The yarn is finally finished giving birth!"

Zhuang Zhimeng laughed.

"Hehe, you'll have to take care of it next. It needs to eat eggs every day, and it needs nutritious food, like meat porridge, crucian carp soup, and goat milk!"

Jiang Yanxia let out a wail.

"They're eating so well? I'm so envious!"

Zhuang Zhimeng patted Jiang Yanxia on the shoulder.

"It's okay, it'll only be for the next few days, after all, I just gave birth!"

"Xiazi, the puppy's dad really is a black whirlwind, look how dark he is!"

An Qingbai and Su Mengmeng walked in at this moment.

"Xiazi, didn't Erdan and Bajin agree to betroth their puppy to you?"

"Yes, they told me they wanted puppies, and I agreed, so both puppies are now taken. Black Whirlwind can't take care of her own puppies!"

Su Mengmeng laughed.

Zhuang Zhimeng smiled.

"Alright, you two stay here. Qingbai and I will head back now. Just come to my place if you need anything."

After Zhuang Zhimeng and An Qingbai left, Jiang Yanxia patted Su Mengmeng's arm.

"Brother Meng, go catch a crucian carp by the river. I need to tidy up this place!"

Su Mengmeng smiled and pointed to her face.

Jiang Yanxia glared at him with a smile, but still kissed him on the cheek.

"Are you done yet? Hurry up! There aren't many people by the river now."

"Okay, I'll go right away!"

Zhuang Zhimeng and An Qingbai went straight up the mountain after leaving Jiang Yanxia's house; they were going to the secret base.

Upon arriving at the secret base, Zhuang Zhimeng consulted An Qingbai before taking out items from the warehouse that she intended to sell to the black market.

"Brother Qingbai, what kind of products do you think we should sell?"

"Let's sell about a thousand catties of each type of grain. Let's see how the market is in Heizi first, and then we'll consider selling more to him if we have the chance."
