Searching for the truth amidst the fog,
Tracking down the murderer through danger,
Born for truth, dying for truth.
"Brother, let's go first." The two men left arguing.
Jin Lu said to a few friends: "They are quite naughty."
"No, it's very cute." Several boys went to Class 1, Grade 1 together.
She sat in the corner of the first grade class. The first day of school was filled with self-introductions, followed by the opening ceremony. Standing on the podium, she glanced at the students and teachers around her and said slowly, "Hello everyone. My full name is Ouyang Zishan. It's too long, so just call me Ouyang."
"Pa, pa, pa!" The audience applauded, and then everyone returned to their seats. The students were all very curious about her because her tall figure and deep eyes made her look very foreign. The advantages of being mixed-race were fully displayed in her.
Xia Yue entered this school as the first one, and he has a particularly high status in the teachers' hearts. So, he was responsible for giving the freshman speech at the opening ceremony.
"Hello, teachers and students..."
She'd read his speech, a dry collection of words. Sitting in the audience, her mind wandered. She thought she'd found some chocolate in Jin Lu's backpack this morning; it seemed he'd given it as a back-to-school gift to a certain girl. She glanced toward the high school section, and coincidentally, Jin Lu was looking in that direction. She made a face, trying to make the person across from her laugh.
After the speech, Xia Yue sat back down, only to be criticized by her: "I almost fell asleep."
"That's because you don't understand!" Xia Yue looked at her unhappily. She was obviously older than her, but she always acted like an older sister, which really made him feel uncomfortable.
As an outstanding student, Xia Yue was appointed class monitor, but his authority was not very effective. In the first class, the chaotic classroom continued to give him a headache.
Ouyang, who was lying on the table to rest, slapped the table and stood up: "Quiet!" She glanced at Xia Yue and whispered, "Idiot, you can't handle these little brats!" Then she continued to sleep.
The first day was quite relaxing. Most of the freshmen were trying to come to terms with their new life, strolling around the campus casually. Since she had no classes in the afternoon, she went to the high school with her backpack. She arrived at Class 1, Grade 1, and peeked in through the front door. They were in class, and everyone except the teacher noticed her.
Jin Lu's classmate poked his arm and said, "Isn't that your sister?"
He looked up and found her standing at the door. The bell rang and he ran out quickly. When he saw the teacher coming out, he politely said, "Goodbye, teacher!"
"Hello, teacher!" She nodded like him and waited for the teacher to leave.
"What do you want from me?" Jin Lu asked.
"Oh," she looked around, then looked inside the classroom, "I was bored so I came over to take a look. Xia Yue was busy doing the work assigned by the director, and I had nothing to do."
He sighed, took her to the supermarket, and bought her her favorite ice cream: "I have to go back to class, you can go shopping by yourself."
"First day of class?" She wasn't satisfied with this outcome. Her goal this time was to find out who the chocolate was given to. "Everyone else is playing ball on the playground, why aren't you going?"
"Our class..." He wanted to explain the situation to her, but he felt it was unnecessary. "Okay, where are we going?"
"Basketball court!" She pointed to a group of people in the distance who were carrying the ball to the court.
She stood downstairs and saw Jin Lu go back and talk to their homeroom teacher, then go downstairs with his backpack. In fact, only their class was in class; the other classes had free time in the afternoon.
Following her, they arrived at the basketball court. They found a spot and sat aside. She looked around and found a female classmate about the same age as Jin Lu looking in their direction.
Someone came over and chatted with Jin Lu, then asked, "Want to play a game?"
He shook his head, not wanting to go on stage. But the girls around him were screaming his name: "Jin Ru! Jin Ru! Jin Ru!"
"You can play basketball? I thought you only played the piano," Ouyang Zishan said. He had never seen him play basketball before. "I didn't expect you to have so many fans."
He frowned. Every time Ouyang Zishan showed such an expression, it meant that she was going to play some prank: "What do you want to do?" he asked when he saw her take out her cell phone.
"Of course I'm taking pictures to show my godmother and godfather," she took the ball from him and put it in his hand, "Go ahead."
He looked around, put the backpack in his hand on her legs, and walked down, causing a sensation. When Jin Lu came on stage, he looked towards the audience and found Ouyang Zishan sitting next to Hua Yiyi, the monitor of Class 2, and they seemed to be chatting happily.
Hua Yiyi noticed that Jin Lu was looking at her, her face turned red and her eyes looked away.
"Senior sister," Ouyang Zishan sat beside her and asked deliberately, "Can you help me take a look at this bag first? I have diarrhea."
"Hmm?" Hua Yiyi looked at her strangely, "Are you okay?"
"It's okay, I'll just go to the bathroom." She smiled strangely and looked at the field. "Jin Lu, oh, that's my brother, come over in a while, and tell him I'm going to the bathroom."
"Okay." Hua Yiyi agreed readily and took the bag from her hand.
Half an hour later, Ouyang Zishan, who had just returned from the supermarket after eating popsicles, saw Jin Lu talking to Hua Yiyi. He hid under the shade of a tree, trying to eavesdrop on their conversation, but heard nothing.
"Jin Lu, your bag!" Hua Yiyi handed him the thing in her hand.
"Thanks!"
The girl standing behind Hua Yiyi said, "Piano Prince, today is Yiyi's birthday, how about coming over to play?"
