Once upon a time, there was a system. Later, it chose a host, and thus began a pat...
Dream of Death (Part 3)
A week later, the heated discussion about the girl's suicide by jumping off the building gradually cooled down. People always easily forget things that have little to do with themselves, even death.
But there are too many new things happening in this world, attracting their short-term attention.
Occasionally someone might think of it and sigh and say it’s a pity, but apart from that most people are indifferent and feel powerless to do anything.
But they didn't know that the storm of death had already arrived quietly.
Liu Kun is a student in the second grade of junior high school, at the rebellious age. His biggest entertainment every day is to go online to criticize the darkness of society. He sarcastically suspects that the doctor in a wedding dress who saved people on the road must be putting on a show.
Today, as usual, he expressed his opinions and finished playing his favorite game. He put down his phone reluctantly only after his mother urged him to do so outside the door.
Before the phone screen went black, he discovered that an icon of a game called Dream of Death had appeared on his phone at some point.
It looks like a horror game. Could it be that Wang Liu's grandson stole it behind my back again?
He thought of his deskmate who always copied homework for him and borrowed his phone to play with, and decided to settle the score with him tomorrow, because it was not his data that was wasted.
It looks fun though.
A hazy sleepiness swept over him and soon he fell into a dream.
The phone screen suddenly lit up at midnight, and the game called Dream of Death opened automatically. The four blood-red words gradually occupied the entire screen.
Liu Kun opened his eyes and found himself standing in front of a very desolate village. He was confused and lost, looking around.
On a deserted village road, the full moon hangs alone in the sky. Even the chirping of insects can't be heard in the darkness.
He looked at the densely wooded path with some panic, and felt that it was very dangerous to leave this seemingly deserted village.
"Is anyone there?" He bravely took two steps towards the village.
At the entrance of the village, there was a small house with its glass windows shattered long ago. It was sealed with wooden boards and it was dark inside. The door was ajar, as if someone had just entered.
He looked into the distance and saw that the whole village was pitch black. He was not sure if he would see any living people if he went any further.
"Is anyone there?" Liu Kun did not give up and shouted again in a louder voice.
The half-closed door suddenly opened wider, and he subconsciously took a step back, but no monsters or demons jumped out from inside. He calmed his heart which was suddenly beating fast, plucked up his courage, and moved closer to the door.
He leaned his head to look inside. Although it was dark, there was nothing decorated inside and the space was small, so he could see everything clearly.
Liu Kun was a little disappointed, but also relieved.
He turned around and stood there, not knowing whether he should continue walking towards the village to ask about the situation from living people who might not even exist, or turn around and walk out along this eerie-looking village road.
But before he could think it through, a hand reached out from behind him and helped him make a choice.
The hand pulled him into the house, and then the door seemed to be pushed by something and closed with a snap.
Liu Kun was caught off guard and fell heavily to the ground. However, he was more frightened than in pain, and was about to scream, but a cold little hand, like that of a child, tightly covered his mouth.
"Big brother, don't shout, be careful not to attract the ghost."
Liu Kun stared in horror at the little girl who covered her mouth. She had disheveled hair, a pale face, and big black eyes with almost no whites. He felt from the bottom of his heart that he had already attracted the ghost without even shouting.
Just then, there was a sudden sound of footsteps outside the door, clacking, clacking, like women's high heels, which was particularly clear in such a quiet environment.
The little girl holding Liu Kun obviously heard it, and she whispered again, "Big brother, don't scream!"
Then she let go of Liu Kun and ran to the window to look out.
She was about seven or eight years old. The windowsill of the hut was very high, so she had to stand on tiptoe and hold on to the windowsill to look out.
The little girl's action added a touch of human touch. Liu Kun felt a little more at ease and carefully went to the window to look.
Outside the window was a white-collar lady, carrying a bag and looking around warily. She looked like she had just gotten off work, and no one knew how she got to this place.
Her clothes and appearance were also out of place in this village, but she looked much more normal than the little girl next to her.
Liu Kun was about to call out to her, but the little girl seemed to have anticipated his thoughts and put her finger to her lips, "Shh!"
Liu Kun was startled, with a note stuck in his throat, when he saw the door of the seemingly intact house diagonally opposite open silently.
The female white-collar worker was facing the village entrance and she didn't notice anything unusual behind her.
Liu Kun's heart was pounding, he had already sensed something at this moment.
Sure enough, a woman with disheveled hair and only half of her body left crawled out. She crawled quickly and silently like a crocodile coming ashore.
The female office worker's feet were grabbed before she knew it, and she was dragged in before she could even utter a scream.
Everything happened so fast that if Liu Kun hadn't seen that the door was still open, he would have almost thought it was an illusion.
He was so scared that his heart was pounding and he almost screamed for the other person. This time the little girl didn't need to do anything, he covered his mouth with his hand.
He waited for a while, expecting to hear screams, but there was none. There was total silence on the other side, like a stone falling from a cliff, without even a sound.
This silence was more terrifying than the desperate screams. Liu Kun shivered for a while before squeezing out a little sound from his throat, "What was that?"
The little girl said faintly, "Ghost."
The early morning sunshine broke the rule of darkness. Liu Kun stepped on empty air at the sound of the alarm clock and woke up suddenly from the bed.
His whole body was soaked with cold sweat, and he gasped in shock for a long time before he came to his senses.
This dream was so real and clear, so real that he thought it was not a dream but a real experience.
His mother's urging voice sounded at the door. He calmed himself down and was about to get out of bed to wash up, only to find that his bare arms were covered with countless scratches.
And he discovered that these abrasions began to awaken the dormant pain.
This...what is going on?
He turned pale as if he had been hit hard.
At the same time, many night owl netizens were attracted by a strange post.
【(8.10)I dreamed of a deserted village last night, and when I woke up I found...】
(Original poster: I had a nightmare last night. I dreamed of a deserted village. There was no family in the village. I wandered around the village for a long time and met someone like me. She was a young girl who was traveling. She fell asleep on the bus and woke up in a deserted village.
We didn’t know we were dreaming at the time, so we just wandered around the village together. We were so tired by midnight that we wanted to find a house to rest.)
(You are brave enough to enter the house in the deserted village)
(This story has a good start. Whether the poster is a man or a woman, should they do something naughty to warm up?)
(Original poster: Because I was very tired from walking around the village all the time, and I am also a working dog, and since nothing happened, I gradually relaxed.
We picked a house that didn't look like a haunted house. It was a spacious courtyard. We didn't dare to go inside and just lay down on the sofa in the living room.
(Then the OP fell asleep, and when he woke up he found his companion was gone?)
(Original Poster:
The poster was not so tolerant. He kept his eyes open and watched the darkness all around him, feeling scared. So he closed his eyes to rest and chatted with the girl for a while.
After a while, the girl became quiet. The poster thought she was asleep and did not say anything.
But there was no sound around, and the OP was panicking, so he opened his eyes and wanted to play with his phone, but he found that the girl had sat up at some point, and was sitting opposite him, staring at him.)
(Fuck, you succeeded, and your success scared me)
(Edit, continue editing)
(Original Poster:
The host was frightened and almost cursed, so he asked her what she was doing. She didn't say anything, so the host got scared. He sat for a while, but couldn't sit still anymore, so he ran out. As a result, he ran out of the door and wished he was dead.
The girl was hung on a tree with her tongue sticking out. She had already died.
The poster was so scared that he almost fell to his knees, but he had a strong desire to survive, so he crawled out the door and bruised his knees.
This is just a scary nightmare, at most I just remember it clearly. But when I got up, I found that my knee was really bruised and a piece of flesh was knocked off, so I am really panicking now, wondering if I was possessed by some dirty thing?
(The author is sleepwalking)
(It may be that you accidentally knocked it while you were asleep)
(The OP is too superstitious. Has he done anything wrong?)
(Maybe it’s a coincidence, see if you have the same dream again today)
(Is the OP from city A? I had the same dream as the OP yesterday, but I was not injured and I have no evidence to prove it)
(Edit, continue editing)
(Everyone, go away. Didn’t you see that the above shills have come out? The OP must have made up the story.)
(I'm not asking for help, please chat with me privately! I feel like this is not a simple matter)
(Original poster: OK)
Liu Kun stood in front of the detective agency holding his wallet, with a hesitant look on his face. He was afraid of the strangeness of the matter and did not dare to tell his family, let alone call the police.
Even if he called the police, they would definitely think he was playing a prank. But it was almost the third day, and many of the people he met online who were just like him had never been online again after three days.
He had no idea what they had encountered. Maybe these people were already dead, just like the female white-collar worker he saw in his dream on the first day. There was no news about her either in the dream or in reality.
When he decided to seek help from the outside world, he considered a lot, such as the fortune teller seemed to be more suitable for solving these evil things.
But even if he was three years old, he knew about the mysterious art of Feng Shui. There are very few people who have real skills. How could he have the luck and financial resources to get it right every time he tried it?
It would be better to find a private detective, at least he is more reliable.
I heard that this detective had cooperated with the police before and was quite famous in City A. He looked online for a long time and found him on the front page, so he made up his mind.
Thinking of this, Liu Kun no longer hesitated and pushed the door open and walked in.
