Chapter 273 Battle with Deathwing!

"Bang!" With a resounding thud, Su Yan's body was hurled backwards by Deathwing like a kite with its string cut. Deathwing's speed was astonishing, like a streak of black lightning piercing the night sky, instantly reaching Su Yan. While everyone knew Su Yan's chest might have been weakened by Shalltear, Deathwing's power was still not to be underestimated. Especially when it activated its Destroyer form, its power multiplied exponentially, seemingly capable of annihilating heaven and earth.

Su Yan gripped the Ten Directions Sword tightly, his eyes fixed on the ferocious Deathwing before him. He moved rapidly ahead, searching for a flaw and a chance to strike. In a flash, he transformed into a streak of light, swooping down on Deathwing with lightning speed. At the same time, the Ten Directions Sword in his hand shone with dazzling light, and a sharp sword energy roared out, striking Deathwing's vital points with overwhelming force.

However, Deathwing's defense was truly astonishing. Su Yan launched several fierce attacks, each one powerful enough to split mountains and shatter rocks, but they only sent a few sparks flying, failing to damage even a single scale. Faced with such a tenacious defense, Su Yan couldn't help but be secretly astonished.

Deathwing's face was filled with smugness. He opened his bloody mouth and let out a deafening roar. Then, his razor-sharp claws, accompanied by an endless gust of wind, came savagely down on Su Yan's head.

In a split second, at this critical moment, Su Yan suddenly shouted, his muscles tensing, and his spiritual power rushed into the Ten Directions Sword like a flood. In an instant, the Ten Directions Sword blazed with dazzling light, and a terrifying energy a million times greater suddenly erupted.

With a resounding, earth-shattering rumble, the entire space trembled violently, as if a mountain had collapsed and the earth had split. Su Yan's Ten Directions Sword collided heavily with Deathwing's claws, stirring up a cloud of dust and violent energy fluctuations. For a moment, sand and rocks flew everywhere, and a strong wind blew, creating a terrifying scene.

After a fierce exchange, both sides retreated dozens of feet. Su Yan knelt on one knee, blood oozing from the corner of his mouth. It was clear that the previous blow had taken a significant toll on him. Deathwing also swayed slightly, and his once indestructible dragon scales now showed a few tiny cracks. It seemed that in this head-on confrontation, neither side had gained much advantage.

Su Yan stared fiercely at the immensely oppressive Deathwing before him. The Ten Directions Sword, tightly gripped in his hand, gleamed with a cold light. Without hesitation, he charged at the behemoth once again. Deathwing's massive, sturdy wings, like an impenetrable shield, fearlessly met Su Yan's Ten Directions Sword. In an instant, the two violently collided, emitting dazzling sparks and a deafening roar.

However, just when everyone thought this would be a fierce head-on confrontation, Su Yan suddenly used a clever trick. His figure disappeared without a trace like a ghost, leaving Deathwing stunned. It turned out that the collision with Deathwing's wings was just a carefully designed deception.

The next moment, Su Yan's figure appeared on the other side of Deathwing like lightning. Deathwing obviously did not expect Su Yan's flexible and changeable tactics at this time. He turned around in astonishment, but it was too late.

At the same time, Deathwing seemed enraged. He opened his bloody maw and roared, "Cataclysm!" As his words fell, the sky around him suddenly underwent a drastic shift. The once clear blue sky suddenly became gray and gloomy, as if the end of the world had arrived. Then, massive and terrifying tornadoes appeared out of nowhere, raging wildly around them, leaving behind raging sand and rocks, leaving a devastating mess in their wake. Countless solid stones were easily shattered into tiny pieces by the tornadoes, which flew across the area like bullets.

Furthermore, vast streams of blazing flames continuously poured down from Deathwing's massive form. These blazing flames quickly spread after landing on the ground, forming towering walls of fire that enveloped the entire battlefield. For a moment, flames shot up into the sky, thick smoke billowed, and the scorching heat was suffocating.

Inside the wall of fire, Su Yan tightly gripped the Ten Directions Sword, his gaze fixed on the terrifying Deathwing before him. He could clearly sense the chilling aura of terror permeating the surroundings, as if he were in hell. Yet, even in this desperate situation, Su Yan remained fearless, instead brimming with a fierce fighting spirit.

Shalltear's voice was shrill, her heart pounding. "Su Yan! Are you alright?" She stood outside the blazing wall of fire, straining to peer forward, but the searing flames and billowing smoke mercilessly obscured her vision, preventing her from discerning what was happening inside. Meanwhile, the surrounding black dragons, far from rushing to attack, instead laughed heartily, mockingly.

One of the black dragons opened its ferocious maw and laughed wildly, "Hahahaha, is that all you can do? Just a goblin!" Another black dragon chimed in, "That's right! For a lowly creature like a goblin to have managed to hold on until now is quite impressive!" Furthermore, an exceptionally large black dragon snorted disdainfully, saying, "Humph, to die in our boss's cataclysm is truly a great honor for this humble fellow!"
