Chapter 293 Argus the Destroyer

"Ah!" Argus could no longer suppress the fear and anger in his heart. He suddenly raised his head and let out a low roar towards the sky. However, the moment he raised his head, a bolt of lightning, like a terrifying sword from hell, came down on his head with the power to destroy the world.

Argus's body trembled involuntarily. Faced with such a swift and fierce attack, he had no time to react and could only watch the lightning hit him mercilessly.

"Bang!" With a resounding bang, Argus's vision went black, his head buzzing. He felt as if his body had been struck by a mountain. Intense pain instantly spread throughout his body, and every bone and muscle groaned in agony. At that moment, he could almost hear the sound of his internal parts crumbling. The feeling was worse than death.

"Ah!" With this deafening roar, Argus's veins bulged, his muscles tensed like steel. His previously indestructible chains shattered like fragile porcelain, scattering into countless fragments.

Despite having just suffered a terrifying lightning strike, the electric current raging across his body, leaving scorch marks, Argus's incredibly strong physique hadn't been weakened in the slightest. On the contrary, he now exuded a chilling aura, like a demon awakened from the depths of hell.

Kunlun Prison, a cage said to be able to trap every living thing in the world, was completely destroyed by Argus's brute force in the blink of an eye. His eyes, burning with anger, stared intently at Su Yan, who was not far away, filled with endless rage and murderous intent.

You know, Argus, a powerful overlord, never imagined he'd be toyed with by a seemingly weak goblin. Even more unacceptable was the fact that he'd nearly fallen to this insignificant opponent. The humiliation was like a sharp sword, piercing his heart.

Argus had already broken free, regaining his freedom. He gripped the massive, ferocious sickle tightly in his right hand and swung it fiercely at Su Yan without hesitation. As the sickle swung, a powerful force erupted, seemingly ripping even the air apart.

Su Yan clearly felt the terrifying pressure from the sickle. It was so strong that he felt as if the blood in his body was being forcibly drained. This feeling was quite similar to the evil skills used by the legendary Shalltear.

However, facing Argus's fierce attack, Su Yan showed no sign of retreating. He swiftly swung the Ten Directions Sword in his hand, and instantly, streams of unparalleled sword energy whistled out. These sword energies intertwined in the air, forming a violent tornado that swept straight towards Argus with devastating force.

A deafening roar echoed, and Argus was violently thrown back dozens of steps by the tornado of sword energy, barely stabilizing himself. Su Yan, on the other hand, seized this opportunity to adjust his stance, preparing for the fiercer battle ahead...

Argus gripped the massive, sinister scythe tightly in both hands, his arm muscles tense, veins bulging as he swung it vigorously in the air. As he moved, inky black figures suddenly appeared around him. These shadows, as if emerging from the depths of hell, carried a chilling aura as they madly surged towards Su Yan.

Su Yan felt a powerful force tugging at his body, like countless cold, sinister hands trying to tear him apart. Furthermore, he could clearly sense the malice emanating from these shadows eroding his soul, as if to tear it apart and destroy it completely. Yet, faced with such a crisis, Su Yan narrowed his eyes slightly, a hint of determination and coldness flashing in his gaze.

In an instant, Su Yan's previously calm aura began to rapidly stir, like surging waves before a storm. Simultaneously, a terrifying energy flowed frantically through his body, as if ready to erupt at any moment.

Argus had originally been confident that these shadows would be enough to kill Su Yan. However, he was soon shocked to discover how wrong he was. Those seemingly ferocious shadows, however, seemed to encounter an invisible barrier as they approached Su Yan. No matter how hard they tried, they could not get any closer to him.

Seeing this, Argus roared, swung his scythe again, and pounced at Su Yan like lightning. Su Yan, however, remained undaunted. His eyes narrowed, a gleam of light gleaming in his eyes. He tightly grasped the sword known as "Shifang" in his right hand and raised it high above his head. At this moment, a dull rumble of thunder suddenly echoed from the sky, followed by a dazzling bolt of lightning that converged at astonishing speed, striking directly at Argus!

The clanging sound was endless! Argus's mountain-like body and the nimble Su Yan engaged in a thrilling mid-air battle. Despite Argus's intimidating size, Su Yan held his own, forcing Argus back with his agility and sophisticated tactics.

Argus was extremely depressed. He used many of his proud moves, but to his dismay, they were completely ineffective against Su Yan. No matter how hard he attacked, Su Yan was always able to easily avoid or neutralize his attacks.
