After arriving home, Liu Xiaoyuan took out the money that Qiang Ge and the other two had given him and counted it; it totaled 5,800 yuan.

The two chatted along the way and soon arrived at the sand field. However, when they reached the intersection of the sand field, Liu Longhui did not turn left. Instead, he continued driving along the national highway towards the town.

"Hey, Long Hui, aren't you going to Lasha? Where are you driving to?" Liu Xiaoyuan asked.

Liu Longhui smiled at Liu Xiaoyuan and said, "What's the rush? Brother, I'll take you to town for a while first, and then we'll go to Lasha!"

Liu Longhui frowned and said, "Xiao Yuan, what's going on? It's my treat, so don't worry about having fun."

"Big brother, since this place is under your protection, I'm leaving right now!" the long-haired blond man said, turning to leave.

Liu Xiaoyuan immediately said, "This isn't a place I protect. If you want to collect protection money, then go ahead."

Upon hearing this, the long-haired blond man immediately nodded in agreement and began collecting monthly protection fees from Sister Tao.
