“Young man, calm down,” Shanks laughed. “I’m a prisoner, there’s no need to be so afraid.”
"I'm not scared!"
Sazir glared at Shanks, tightened his arms, and bound Shanks tightly from his chest to his knees with thick chains.
He breathed a sigh of relief, saluted Kuro, and shouted, "Report! It's done!"
"You've done nothing, you think you can just tie someone up like that?"
Kuro rolled his eyes at him, and with a wave of his hand, Autumn Water descended from the sky. He drew the blade and sliced through the first chain on Shanks' back. The first chain snapped, and the severed chain head transformed into a sharp triangular shape.
With a flick of his finger, the sharp chain head aimed at Shanks's collarbone and stabbed down forcefully.

With a muffled thud, blood spurted out, Shanks frowned, and groaned as the two sharp chains pierced through his collarbone.
"That's what you call bondage."
Kuro, with a cigar in his mouth, looked down at Shanks and said, "Sorry, Shanks, but because it's you, I have to resort to some tricks."
The human body is amazing, but even the human body in this world has its limitations.
An arm cannot regenerate after it is broken, and internal damage can lead to injury or death. Similarly, having one's collarbone locked will make it difficult for him to exert his strength.
