The Great Pirate Era.
The great seas surge and churn, powerhouses destroy and annihilate, each fighting their own battles. It's utterly—
Demotivating!

The New World.
A sea area northwest of Wano Country.
This is a sea area within Kaido's territory, containing two islands, which can be considered a border region. Only a small number of pirates are stationed here.
Newspapers announcing the end of the Four Emperors era have been circulated throughout the world, naturally causing chaos, especially in the New World, which is already a boiling pot of water that can no longer be contained.
Pirates in various regions have begun to take action, and in the northwest of Kaido's territory, the pirates stationed in that border sea area originally intended to establish their own independent state, but it seems they no longer have that opportunity.
The island where they were stationed was engulfed in flames.
Three pirate ships, each bearing a flag with headphones and musical notes, were docked at the shore. In front of them, people dressed in fitted uniforms emerged from the sea of fire.
The wiry man at the head of the group, holding a Den Den Mushi (a type of electric scooter), stood with his back to the sea of fire and said into the receiver, "It's done."
He held the Den Den Mushi with remarkable composure, even mimicking long whiskers on its chin. The Den Den Mushi made a gesture of stroking its whiskers and said calmly:
"Very good, the other teams should do the same. Let's keep going and proceed according to plan."
"Understood..."
The wiry man nodded, looked up at the sea, his expression resolute, even tinged with fervor, "All for our dream of a perfect homeland!!"
The Den Den Mushi (a type of electric scooter) hung up.
In a dimly lit room, a figure put down the microphone and turned to look at the crack in the door, where there seemed to be a bright light and the faint sound of beautiful music could be heard.
At that sound, the figure stuck out its head but remained motionless, seemingly lost in ecstasy.
After a while, the figure reached out and made a grabbing motion toward the light, but suddenly stopped and put his hand down the moment his arm was extended.
The figure stared blankly at the crack in the doorway for a long while before finally uttering a soft, languid voice: "Yes, our ideal world..."

The country of peace.

Tap tap tap...
With a series of rapid footsteps, Wilbur opened the sliding door to Cass's office and said, "Cass!"
Cass, who was processing the documents, looked up and said:
"You've come at the right time. The rabbit bowl project is progressing, but I think it's still too slow. How's it going on your end?"
Wilbur paused for a moment, then said, "It's almost done. The people of Wano Country have begun to accept our 'Faith in Justice,' but for security reasons, CP0 still exists, so we don't distribute many books. Most of them are in the form of explanations. I've found that the people of Wano Country are also more receptive to explanations from others."
"Some people have already taken the initiative to explain things to the public. I've also included some of Mr. Kuro's story in my explanations. As things stand, Mr. Kuro's return will result in a stable Flower Capital. As for the other areas, they shouldn't have any problems as time goes on."
Then, as if remembering something, he said, "But it's not that, Cass, something's happened!"
Cass narrowed his eyes slightly. "What?"
"Kuzan called and said that a pirate alliance had appeared in the area he was responsible for blocking."
Cass's gaze turned serious. "Could it be that Mr. Kuzan couldn't stop him? How strong must he be?!"
"No, we blocked them, but a new problem has arisen. Those pirate alliances say that 'Utopia' has been mobilized, and it's because of their actions that these pirates are taking advantage of Kaido's territory to gain some benefits. We've tried to contact the pirates stationed around Wano Country, but we've lost contact with many of them..."
Wilbur walked over, pointed to the huge map of Kaido's territory hanging on the wall, and said, "We can now confirm that from the northwest to the northeast, that existence called 'Utopia' is like a giant mouth devouring us and approaching us."
Kas frowned: "We are indeed powerless to govern Kaido's entire sphere of influence, but our original strategy was to leave other regions alone and first resolve the situation in Wano Country. However..."
He stood up, looked down through the window, and said, "No one can get too close to Wano Country. This belongs to Mr. Clow! Wilbur, get ready. We'll go down and meet the enemy."
"clear!"
Wilbur nodded vigorously, his expression resolute: "No one can stop our great cause!"
Cass raised his fist and said, "Yes, all for the great cause!"
...
"Everything is for the World Government!"
Mary Geoise, Pangaea Palace.
right.
five.
The five old men were speaking in unison, leaving Kuro, who was standing in front of them, somewhat bewildered.
He had just arrived and hadn't even said two words when these five old men told him to stay in Wano Country, and that he could stay there without worry, and then they said something about everything being for the World Government.
What are you doing?
He was lectured by Sakazuki when he returned to headquarters, and now he's being lectured by these five old men. Is this ocean no longer a place for people to enjoy themselves?
"Oh, right..."
The curly-haired old man suddenly said, "Clow, you have another mission in Wano Country: find out if this guy 'Red' is still alive."
"Red?" Kuro asked suspiciously. "Who? The Red Earl? Has Shanks escaped?"
Upon hearing this, the old man with the knife was slightly displeased: "Don't underestimate the strength of Impel Down, Kuro. It's one of the three major organizations of the World Government."
Kuro rolled his eyes inwardly. He wanted to show respect, but the reality simply didn't allow it.
Not to mention the biggest wave of prison breaks, quite a few people had escaped before that.
Shiki escaped from prison on his own, so let's leave him be, after all, he's a legendary pirate.
But the key point is that Kuro also knows that one of the "Flying Six," Foz-Follow, was also a prison break, which makes it impossible for him to find any factual basis to respect him.
"You can go to Impel Down..."
The long-bearded old man said, "Red should know the information. The best thing to do is to find out from him whether 'Red' is still alive. They have some connection."
The old man with the map nodded and looked at Kuro. "It doesn't matter if Shanks doesn't tell you. Behind the New World, there's an organization called 'Utopia,' which I heard was founded by her."
she?
Kuro frowned.
woman?
The red-skinned old man continued:
“We can’t enter the New World, but if you establish yourself in Wano Country, you’ll find opportunities to do things. Don’t rush. First, make sure she’s alive. If she is, it’s best to capture her alive. We need this woman… She’s a member of the Moon Clan, just like the one you captured, Jin. After you go back, try to send Jin here as well. If it’s difficult, you can kill her on the spot.”
"oh?"
Kuro narrowed his eyes slightly.
When did that bastard Shanks get involved with the Moon Clan again?
besides...
Why didn't you do this earlier? Now that everything is over, you're still thinking of bothering others.
This is really... fucking ridiculous!
