The Great Pirate Era.
The great seas surge and churn, powerhouses destroy and annihilate, each fighting their own battles. It's utterly—
Demotivating!
I, Russil Kuro, age tw...
"lion..."
Redfield held the bat umbrella upright in front of him, his blood-red cloak billowing behind him, and with a leap, he swiftly pierced the air.
The tiny human was as small as an ant in front of the enormous lion's head, yet its power was not to be underestimated.
"This kind of power is not enough!"
The tip of the umbrella pierced the lion's roaring face.
boom!
With just a touch, the assembled lion's head cracked open with countless fissures, which shattered into fragments that scattered like rain.
I'll wear you down!
Kuro clenched his fist again, and the shattered pieces showed signs of coming together once more.
Hitting someone is a piece of cake; it doesn't take much effort.
He can work on it for a year.
What else can you do when facing such a strong opponent besides grinding them down?
"Oh? Are you taking advantage of my old age?"
After Redfield finished his thrust, he landed on the ground and saw the lion's head showing signs of regrouping. He smiled slightly and said, "You're a very unpleasant person. You're clearly very strong. Since you don't want to fight me, then I'll clear the area first."
As he spoke, he looked at the other navy personnel, and with a swift movement, he was about to rush over when suddenly, Kuro above him flashed and darted in front of Redfield.
when!
The black blade clashed with the bat umbrella, generating a shockwave.
With a single slash, Kuro vanished and reappeared behind Redfield. Autumn Water rose and transformed into a hundred blades, all slashing down at once.
"Hundred Shadow Slash!"
"Not bad speed."
Redfield turned around the moment Kuro disappeared, his bat umbrella blurring into a blur as he struck the hundred slashes in an instant.
Ta-da!
A series of explosive shockwaves rippled outwards from the center of the two, causing the ground to churn with smoke and dust that enveloped them.
Both were completely absorbed in their work, staring intently at each other. One had a gloomy expression, while the other wore a sinister smile. It seemed that the old man was in a more comfortable position.
"This is an opportunity..."
Judge stood up unsteadily, staring at Cass. "The biggest threat isn't here, so let's take out this Marine first. Only when he's gone can Vinsmoke be safe! Stand up, all of you!"
The three brothers, as instructed, forced themselves to stand up, each gasping for breath while clutching the wounds they had just inflicted.
“Father is right, that guy can’t be left alive!” Ichiro gasped for breath and looked at Cass, who was surrounded by the navy and clone soldiers.
He's still shouting there now.
"Think, humans! Be free, humans! We are all human beings, and we have the right to choose our own lives!"
Cass roared at the remaining clones, "Remember! Stand up! If you're lost, then rely on me and uphold our shared justice!"
His words weren't meant to win people over or to gain combat power; they came from the bottom of his heart. Anyone who heard them would feel that this bearded man was speaking with utmost sincerity. Even the most wicked person would think that this man, Doug Cass, was a sincere person with a heart full of justice.
Only sincerity can touch people's hearts!
But the more he did this, the more terrifying Judge felt.
This is a man whose will alone threatens the foundations of the Vinsmoke regime; he must be eliminated!
"Reiju, you're the least injured, right? Why aren't you standing up yet?!" Judge looked at Reiju.
Reiju pursed her lips, glanced at the smoke that had swirled into an indistinguishable mass of the two warring sides, and a bitter look flashed in her eyes.
She didn't want to fight anymore.
Those clone soldiers were deeply moved, which made Reiju feel very good.
That's how it should be; the evil Vinsmoke deserved this fate.
It's just that her genes prevent her from disobeying orders.
With a barely perceptible sigh, Reiju stood up and murmured to Cass, "I'm sorry, Navy."
"Mixed colors burst forth!"
The three brothers were the first to act, moving together in a burst of red, blue, and green, their feet unleashing a powerful jet of energy that shot straight towards Cass.
"Protect Major Cass!"
Seeing this, a group of sailors stood at the front of Cass, armed with weapons.
"Those who are lost! Please stand by my side!"
With a passionate expression, Cass raised his saber and shouted, "We will decide our own lives!"
Click!
These words seemed to freeze something, and the white aura connected with each clone soldier, embedding itself firmly into them.
A group of clone soldiers picked up the weapons below and quickly stood in front of Cass, joining the navy.
The clones shouted in unison, "Human wall!"
A white aura, even more intense, emanated from these clone soldiers, mingling together.
"How dare you! Are you disobeying orders, you trash!" Yuji roared, veins bulging on his forehead as he charged forward.
Within the white aura, scenes played back as if they were live streams.
It was inside a huge factory, where they were crammed into a tank, where time seemed to stand still, eternally silent.
Until someone pushed open the door, walked over, and as if lighting something, pulled out some jars, opened them, and they walked out of the jars.
Then, after a brief period of training, they learned how to kill, and then picked up weapons and went to the battlefield.
Slaughter, slaughter, slaughter, and more slaughter.
Every scene is interwoven with blood and fire.
Once a clone dies, it is discarded; there is no way to retrieve it, only the footsteps that walk over its body.
All the scenes unfold amidst killing and abandonment.
