Chapter 47 Hit Me

It didn't take long to get from headquarters to Enies Lobby. After passing through the Gates of Justice, they arrived at Enies Lobby. After Tina delivered the person, she went on vacation to Water Seven along the way.

They were going there anyway, but Kuro was very interested in the sea train and wanted to ride it.

As it happens, Lida and Crow were also quite interested.

"So this is Judiciary Island."

Looking at the massive Enies Lobby surrounded by waterfalls, Lida exclaimed, "It's truly magnificent! I've heard so much about the City That Never Sleeps, but this is my first time seeing it. I wonder if the food on Enies Lobby is any good."

Although Lida comes from the Grand Line, how could she have ever been to Enies Lobby? It's not a place that ordinary people can go to; she's only heard of it but has never seen it.

Chloe subconsciously pushed up her glasses, looking somewhat nervous.

Although Kuro had told him that his identity was no longer a problem, as a former pirate, he still felt somewhat uncomfortable in this famous place.

After all, no pirates come here for sightseeing.

Enies Lobby, one of the three major agencies directly under the World Government, is home to a variety of intelligence agencies.

There is only daytime, no nighttime, and it is divided into the front island, the main island, the Tower of Justice, the Bridge of Hesitation, and the Gate of Justice at the end of the bridge.

For pirates, this is probably the only gate of justice they can pass through; after that, they will either be executed or sent to Impel Down.

"Food, food, food from Enies Lobby!"

Kuro ruffled Lida's hair, who was beaming with excitement, and said irritably, "Eat, eat, all you ever do is eat. Can't you learn from Kuro and give me some advice?"

Lida stuck her tongue out at him.

Kuro sighed helplessly, "Come on, let's go, I'll take you to eat your fill."

They are in the navy, so they don't need to pay the government salaries.

After taking Lida on a tour of the cafeteria, leaving everyone speechless, they strolled around for a while before boarding the evening train.

Wow, a train over the sea!

Inside the carriage, Lida touched this and that like a curious child, her face full of wonder.

Its appearance is not much different from those unruly kids on the high-speed train in my previous life.

Kuro sighed; he could understand some people's mindset now.

Others might find it noisy, but he doesn't. After all, it's his own child, so let him make a fuss.

Luckily it was late at night, so there weren't many people around.

Kuro was also surprised. He had never heard of such a novel thing in the East Blue. He had heard of it in the Grand Line, but seeing it in person was different.

This magical, almost enchanting method is a rare sight for the indigenous people of this era.

"Hey, don't make noise at night!"

Suddenly, the carriage door was pushed open, and a man who looked like a weasel said impatiently, "Don't you guys need to rest? You... Navy?"

The newcomer was pale-faced, slender, wearing a dark T-shirt, a hat with feathers, and two necklaces around her neck.

"It's the navy."

He curled his lip. "Hey, I'm from the World Government's intelligence agency. My name is Nero. I'm ordering you to be quiet."

These sailors, judging by their attire, are of very low rank; they are nowhere near as good as me.

"Wow, the train is amazing! It's going so fast!"

Lida continued to cheer.

Kro adjusted his glasses and looked out the window at the sea.

Kuro took out a cigar and lit it with a match.

"Hey, don't ignore me! Do you even know who I am?!"

Nero gritted his teeth, "Looks like I'll have to show you what I'm capable of!"

CP9 is a secret organization, and these people don't seem to know that, so there's no need to expose them. However, it's necessary to make them understand the gap between themselves and CP9.

A bunch of arrogant and ignorant sailors!

"Hey, you guy with glasses!"

Nero pointed at Crow and shouted.

Kro pointed to himself and asked doubtfully, "Me?"

"Yes, it's you, the one with glasses, step forward!"

Kro stood up as instructed, walked over to Nero, and asked, "What is it?"

Nero proudly raised his head and said, "Hit me."

"?"

Chloe tilted her head, uncertainly asking, "What did you say?"

"Attack me, you lowly navy man!"

Nero laughed smugly, "You don't obey my orders, so I'll show you the difference between you and me. You can use your weapons, I won't get hurt! You'll soon understand that the gap between your level of navy and mine is an absolutely insurmountable chasm!"

He's not afraid of any attack as long as he uses 'iron blocks'!

How could such a trash navy possibly break its own 'iron block'?

Bang!

A kick landed squarely on Nero's neck.

Nero's eyes rolled back, his mouth gaped open as he fell to the ground. His hat was kicked off by the force of the kick, revealing his head, which was covered with only three hairs.

Kroh pulled his foot back, adjusted his glasses, and said, "I've never heard of such a strange request."

"He's bald, Kuro."

Lida pointed at the unconscious Nero and chuckled.

"Don't make fun of other people's hairstyles, it's very impolite."

Kuro, with a cigar in his mouth, glanced at him and said, "He is indeed bald."

"I'll make him truly bald."

Lida rolled her eyes, walked up to the unconscious Nero, and gave him an evil smile.

The sky was almost white.

Nairo slowly woke up.

"What is this... Ouch!"

He instinctively covered his aching neck.

"How did I faint?"

Nero thought for a moment, then realized, "That's right, those few marines!"
