The Great Pirate Era.
The great seas surge and churn, powerhouses destroy and annihilate, each fighting their own battles. It's utterly—
Demotivating!
I, Russil Kuro, age tw...
The island that crashed in...
The townspeople instinctively looked up at the enormous island that was gradually enveloping them, and their faces turned pale with fright.
The threat of death loomed over everyone's mind.
"Help!!!"
A resident screamed in despair and ran outside in a panic.
His actions caused chaos among the town's residents, who scattered.
The navy was thrown into chaos, and they fled out of town.
There's no way to stop this kind of thing!
"Hey, are you kidding me? What is that?!"
Lida felt cold to the side and instinctively transformed into her girl form. However, the enormous island, large enough to cover Germora, robbed her of the courage to fight back.
Even meteorites aren't that big!
"Kuro!"
She glanced at Kuro instinctively, almost bursting into tears.
Kuro also subconsciously looked at Kuro, cold sweat pouring down his forehead. No one could escape the fall of an island of this magnitude.
“Mr. Kuro, I suggest we use Moonwalk to retreat first. We cannot fight against such a natural disaster.”
Aside from using Moonwalk to retreat, Kro couldn't think of any other way.
You can't exactly tell Kuro to slice the meteorite in half with one strike.
Kuro could do that, but even if he cut it in half, given the island's size, it would just turn from one island into two, and the outcome would still be the same.
Kuro took a step forward, gripping the hilt of the sword on his left hip with his right hand. His domineering aura emanated from the entire [Hanashu], so intense that it seemed to be spreading outwards, as if trying to reach other places.
He gritted his teeth, his face extremely grim. "There's no use running anywhere. If we don't cut it open, we're finished. You two, get out of the way."
"Do we really have to cut it? But Mr. Kuro, even if we cut it open, it won't make a difference."
Kro turned to look at the island that was almost touching his face, and swallowed hard.
It's so big, what difference would it make if we cut it open?
bass!
The blade is drawn from its sheath.
A massive black-gold slash shot out as his blade was drawn, crashing through Mayor Mendel's house and cleaving straight towards the incoming island.
laugh!
Bang!!!
The flying slash sliced through the island, and at the moment of slicing, the island seemed to have been cleaved by thousands of slashes, breaking apart in the air and gradually splitting into small pieces of pebbles.
Like fireworks, it burst open in the air with a bang.
Soft, soft, soft!
Tiny pebbles fell into the sea.
Those panicked residents and sailors who had fled in disarray, some even jumping into the sea, looked up at the meteorite that had exploded in the air, their mouths agape and their eyes bulging.
What happened?
"Hey, that's way too much!"
Inside the mayor's house, Lida jumped up and down excitedly, staring wide-eyed at Kuro. "This level... how did you do that? That's advanced Armament Haki!"
Lida knew that Kuro possessed advanced Armament Haki; given his mastery of Haki, he certainly could. However, to utilize advanced Armament Haki to this extent was beyond mere 'ability'.
As expected, a hentai is a hentai!
Kuro was sweating. He had been sweating from the island impact earlier, but now it seemed Kuro was more deserving of his sweat.
Although I know there's a huge gap between us, this gap is just too big.
He'd accept it even if you sliced up an island, or even if you shattered it with a blade, but to shred an island with just a single flying slash? What kind of nonsense is that!
"call..."
Kuro let out a long sigh, sheathed [Hana-shu], and glanced at Lida. "Oh? You even know about advanced Armament Haki?"
Cutting an island in half is nothing, it's no different from cutting a mountain, but cutting it into pieces is a completely different matter.
Armament Haki includes techniques such as 'entanglement', 'hardening', and more advanced techniques that allow the user to release Haki outside their body to strike the target, and even cause internal damage.
Kuro uses advanced Armament Haki to attack by slashing, destroying the island's interior with a single strike.
However, his expression didn't improve much.
A red glint flashed in Kuro's eyes, and his hair fluttered, causing the entire mansion to tremble.
Observation Haki, fully activated!
Kuro's sensory tentacles reached out, aiming directly at the direction from which the island had flown.
He wanted to see who was behind all this.
He's already gone to the weakest point in the East China Sea, how could such a mess still happen!
Kuro felt his whole body trembling and his hands and feet were ice-cold. What was wrong with this world? Could it ever be any better for people like them who longed for safety?
How could he possibly survive? Just thinking about it brought tears to my eyes.
If it were just a random natural disaster, that would be one thing, but this is clearly not the first time, so it's not a natural disaster. It must have been caused by someone, otherwise how could an island drift to the East China Sea and land there?
etc...
A drifting island?!
Kuro's Observation Haki was still active, but then he suddenly remembered something and froze.
There seems to be such a person in the East Sea.
A blond old idiot who escaped Impel Down twenty years ago and has been missing ever since.
The Observation Haki sensed traces in the sky above the East Blue, where there were many life forms, and the life form was clearly male, and very strong!
That feeling was like the domineering power of a lion.
It's him, no doubt about it!
"WDNMD!"
