After calming Mihawk down, Kuro continued making phone calls, this time to "Empress" Hancock.

As usual, his phone was finally answered after several unanswered attempts.

"Hey, what are you doing here again, Kuro! I've already fulfilled my duties as a Shichibukai."

"This meeting is for you, a meeting about the Seven Warlords of the Sea, you know? I'm now in charge of coordinating the entire Seven Warlords of the Sea, which means I'm your superior."

"Hmph, I do not agree with that."

"Whether you agree or not is your business, but Hancock, now you're here for the meeting, that's all."

With a snap, Kuro hung up the phone and then continued dialing.

"How can this be repaired?!"

Inside the royal palace on Amazon Lily, Hancock's forehead creased with anger as she threw away the Den Den Mushi in frustration.

She bit her thumb, "It's that Kuro again, it's him again! Why can't I resist him? Ah! Lord Luffy..."

Hancock turned and hugged a large cushion tightly, a blush spreading across her face. "Please become the Pirate King soon!"

"Boa Hancock..."

At this moment, a short old woman walked over, coughed twice, and then said, "Jin Ni, are you now the commander in charge of the Seven Warlords of the Sea?"

"Hmph! Don't mention that name to me."

Hancock's face turned cold. She put down the newspaper, sat up again, crossed her long legs, and stroked her hair before saying, "Yes, that Kuro has been given new power and has taken control of the Seven Warlords of the Sea."

"It was within expectations."

Gloria nodded: "He seems to be Kizaru's subordinate. If Kizaru hadn't retired, he wouldn't have become an admiral, but the power of the Seven Warlords of the Sea was given to him... that makes him an admiral in a different way. Boa Hancock, you should take this man seriously. I always feel that he's not as simple as he seems."

Upon hearing this, Hancock fell silent, a rare occurrence for her.

“Gregate…” Gloriosa said, “The place where the Navy and the Seven Warlords of the Sea joined forces to defeat Barrett? What did you see?”

Hancock nodded: "Barrett had the permanent pointer of Laugh Tale, but it was obtained by Kuro. It wasn't destroyed as he said he would. Instead, he used his ability to send it into the sky. That bastard, he's a Marine, why did he keep the permanent pointer of Laugh Tale?"

Hancock never quite understood this point. He must not have given the pointer to the World Government, but kept it for himself. Otherwise, when Rob Lucci asked him, he wouldn't have said it was destroyed.

Hancock frowned.

Hancock had no interest in the title; her priority was the stability of Amazon Lily, which was her duty as queen.

This time, the Den Den Mushi turned into a red-nosed creature.

"Who's calling me Red Nose?!"

Kuro didn't say a word, but the Den Den Mushi shouted it out first.

"Bucky?" Kuro leaned back and asked.

"Huh? Who...who is it?"

"I am Kuro. Now, as your superior, I'm inviting you to a meeting at G-3. That shouldn't be a problem for you, right?" Kuro said slowly.

"No, no problem," the other end stammered.

"That's fine, I'll be waiting for you here at G-3 Fortress."

Kuro nodded, hung up the Den Den Mushi, and said to Rita, "Go find Kuro and have him contact the World Government, get the Messenger Bat out, give it to Crocodile, and have him come to G-3."

"That sand crocodile?"

Lida asked, "Have you decided to make him a Shichibukai?"

"Um..."

Kuro nodded: "That crocodile, if it doesn't do anything soon, it'll probably sink to the bottom of the pond. Let's use it as a temporary substitute. That way, we'll have four Shichibukai."

"Four?" Lida was taken aback. "If you include Crocodile, it should be six."

Trafalgar Law was removed from the list after the Dressrosa battle, and then Doflamingo was captured and also removed from the list, so that should make five. Adding the crocodile, that makes six.

"The bear part... can be removed."

Kuro clicked his tongue. "That idiot is already unconscious. There's no point in keeping him around. He can't possibly get out of Mary Geoise anyway."

"As for that so-called Whitebeard II..."

Kuro narrowed his eyes, revealing a murderous aura. "He's not on my radar."

Edward Weevil, known as the second Whitebeard, was reportedly killed by intelligence reports. He eliminated all the captains of the Whitebeard Pirates who escaped during the Marineford War. All the captains were killed, and the civilian casualties in the areas he passed through were very serious, causing a great headache for the Navy.
