The prices of the ten houses have already been determined:

The four units facing the road cost 400 yuan per square meter, and the village committee subsidizes 50 yuan per square meter as maintenance fees;

The remaining six units are priced at 300 yuan per square meter, and the village committee subsidizes 40 yuan per square meter as maintenance costs.
