The zombie horde quickly caught up with the soldiers behind them, and almost instantly, the flesh and blood of any soldier caught up with by the zombie horde were devoured clean in the blink of an eye.

Without hesitation, Wang Bin picked up A Bao and ran when he saw the zombie horde chasing after them, while Li Dazhu carried Xiao Nan on his back, and the others followed behind the two.

After Wang Bin carried A Bao on his back, he handed the rifle with the night vision scope to Officer Miao. Officer Miao retreated while firing the rifle continuously. He inadvertently noticed that there were no bright spots on the left side of the road.

"Wang Bin, let's run to the left, there are no zombies there!"

Without thinking twice, Wang Bin immediately carried A Bao on his back and led everyone towards the fields on the left side of the road.

As he ran, he shouted to the soldiers on the road, telling them to run this way. Unfortunately, the soldiers did not follow him; instead, they retreated in the direction they had come from with the main force.

"Hurry up, the zombies are catching up!" Officer Miao saw that a group of zombies had broken away and were chasing after them, so he quickly reminded Wang Bin to speed up and run forward.

Faced with this situation, Wang Bin could only sigh helplessly and carry A Bao forward.

Since the first and second battalions attracted most of the zombies, only a small number of zombies came to chase them, but even so there were at least several hundred zombies, while they only had twelve people.

As the zombies drew closer, Wang Bin sighed and said, "Why didn't I think of that!"

"Brother Wang, what didn't you think of?" Guan Xiaoyue asked curiously.

"I have a tank! Dazhu, get ready to drive the tank, but it's out of fuel. I have a can of fuel. Do you know how to refuel a tank?"

"Know!"

"Very good, Xiaoyue, Officer Miao, you two hold off the zombies for now, I'll summon the tank!"

After being put down, Abao and Xiaonan picked up their rifles and started shooting at the zombies behind them.

As soon as Wang Bin put A Bao down, he immediately released the tank from the system space and handed a can of gasoline to Li Dazhu.

Li Dazhu first climbed onto the tank, then took the gasoline can handed to him by Wang Bin, opened the fuel tank cap, and poured gasoline into it.

"Quick, climb onto the tank!" Seeing the zombies getting closer and closer, Wang Bin hurriedly carried A Bao and the others onto the tank, then pulled Sister Liu and Li Chengping up as well, and finally Guan Xiaoyue and Officer Miao.

As soon as he pulled Guan Xiaoyue and Officer Miao up, the zombies surrounded them, reaching out to grab their feet, which frightened everyone into retreating.

"You all need to get inside the tank right now!"

Wang Bin quickly opened the tank's hatch, letting A Bao and the others hide inside first, while Officer Miao and Guan Xiaoyue provided cover for Li Dazhu and cheered him on!

Once Abao and the others were inside the tank, Wang Bin noticed that Li Dazhu was still refueling. He quickly went over, took the gasoline can, and said, "Drive the tank away first. We can refuel later!"

"good!"

Li Dazhu agreed and immediately climbed into the tank to start it.

Fortunately, the tank was very reliable. As soon as Li Dazhu started the engine, the tank roared to life.

Wang Bin put the gasoline can into the system space and then quickly closed the tank's fuel tank cap.

"Wang Bin, come in quickly, I'm starting the tank!"

Wang Bin peered inside and saw that the tank was already full of people; there was no room for the three of them.

"Xiaoyue, Officer Miao, stand still! We'll stand outside!"

"Um!"

"Dazhu, we're not getting off, hurry up and start the tank!"

"good!"

Li Dazhu knew the situation was dangerous, so he immediately started the tank and sped off.

Wang Bin, Guan Xiaoyue, and Officer Miao stood on the tank, continuously firing at the zombies trying to climb up, until the tank had driven quite a distance before the three of them stopped.

That was really dangerous. Zombies had already climbed up. Luckily, Li Dazhu started the tank in time.

Once they were safe, Wang Bin and his two companions collapsed onto the tank, panting heavily as they stared blankly ahead.

With red eyes, Guan Xiaoyue pressed her head against Wang Bin's thigh, feeling his body temperature; only in this way could her heart feel a trace of warmth.

Wang Bin reached out his left hand and gently stroked Guan Xiaoyue's hair.

On the other side, Officer Miao also tightly hugged Wang Bin's right hand and leaned his body on his shoulder.

Wang Bin smiled faintly and put his right hand around Officer Miao's shoulder.

The three of them sat on the tank, huddled together, staring blankly into the endless night as the wind blew.

Li Dazhu drove for nearly an hour, until he reached a small village at the foot of the mountain before stopping.

After resting for more than an hour, Wang Bin and the other two had recovered their energy. When they saw A Bao pop his little head out, Guan Xiaoyue and Officer Miao blushed and stood up from Wang Bin's body.

"Stay inside for now, and come up after we check if there's any danger!" Wang Bin smiled and gently tapped A Bao's head, telling him to go back down.

"Ouch!" Abao cried out in pain, clutching the spot where Wang Bin had hit him and then pulled back inside.

"Dazhu, Uncle Li, don't come out either!"

Wang Bin gave an order, jumped off the tank, grabbed his gun, and led Guan Xiaoyue and Officer Miao toward the nearest three-story building.

There were also zombies in the village, but not many, only a few hundred, and they were scattered around. After Wang Bin and his two companions cleared out the zombies near the small building, they let everyone get out of the tank.

After everyone got out of the tank, Wang Bin put the tank back into the system space, and then followed everyone into the small building.
