I have to take a day off

I was sick a few days ago and took medicine for the first two days. Except for a runny nose, I felt a little better. But today I slept until two or three in the afternoon, and I felt dizzy and sore all over again. I couldn't bear it anymore and went to the hospital for an IV. I was out for three days in just one week. I feel really sorry for everyone.

Please forgive me. I know it's a bit too much to take several days off in a row, but there is really no other way. Woohoo, I managed to code the past two days, and today I feel really dizzy.
