When Ye Chu opened her eyes, the sun was already high in the sky, but last night's dream was so wonderful that she had no intention of waking up.

Ye Jing got up slowly and was tending to the small vegetable garden at home. After washing up and eating, she went to help.

She vaguely remembered hearing Gu Yu say something before she fell asleep, but she was too sleepy at the time and couldn't remember what she said.

"You're cheating!" Ye Chu glared fiercely at Gu Yu.

Unfortunately, it wasn't very effective. Gu Yu didn't reflect on her actions and even leaned down to kiss the corner of the other person's mouth: "I missed you so much."

Ye Chu blushed as she looked at him. How could this person be like this, always kissing and hugging without any regard for the occasion!

"You, you mustn't do anything reckless, your aunt is home!"

"So you can do whatever you want when your aunt isn't home?" Gu Yu raised an eyebrow, gave her a teasing look, and before she could retort, he leaned in and kissed her lips again, a quick kiss followed by a brief separation: "I'll go help." He then turned and went into the kitchen.

Ye Chu sat alone on the sofa in the living room, her face as red as a ripe tomato. It took a long time for the heat to subside from her face. She then rushed back to her room, grabbed her clothes, and went into the bathroom.

Surprisingly, what she cared about wasn't Gu Yu's sudden kiss, but whether she smelled sweaty.

When Ye Chu came out of the bathroom, the food was ready. Ye Jing went upstairs to invite Ye Chu down to eat, where Gu Yu was already waiting.
