Su Diandian looked in the direction Qinglan pointed, but did not see anyone.

As he spoke, he actually made a gesture of taking off his clothes.

"Qinglan!" She suddenly opened her eyes, only to find herself still clinging to the tree trunk, her hand still reaching towards the fruit.

Puzzled, Su Diandian immediately sat cross-legged on the tree trunk, closed her eyes, and immersed her consciousness into her body.

She wanted to go to the spirit altar to see if she could enter it.

The Lingtai Spring remained calm and still as always.

"Open it for me!" With a thought, she sent her consciousness surging downwards.

Just then, Bei Wudu grabbed her shoulders and shook her: "Su Dian, Su Dian, wake up!"

"Important business?" Bei Wudu asked, puzzled.

Su Diandian briefly explained her plan to go to the depths of Lingtai Spring to rescue people.

But Bei Wudu's expression grew increasingly grim as she listened.

Finally, he grabbed her hand and said in a deep voice, "Come down with me first, then we'll talk."

After a moment's thought, Su Diandian followed him down the tree. "What? You have a great way to save people?"

Standing tall and graceful beneath the tree trunk, Xu Weiying's gaze remained fixed on the tree itself.

Su Diandian followed his gaze and was astonished to find that this seemingly vibrant giant tree had no roots.

A tree without roots is a dead tree.

"Don't you two have anything to say to me?" she broke the silence.

“This is the World Tree,” Xu Weiying said.

"Oh." Su Diandian had no interest in what kind of tree it was. "Please get straight to the point."

"It's hard to explain," Xu Weiying said, handing over a scroll. "Take a look for yourself."

Su Diandian rolled her eyes so hard they almost reached the sky.

She hates people who don't speak their minds.

Oh well, I'll just read the book.

Su Diandian simply leaned against the trunk of the World Tree and looked down at it.
