Chapter 461 Reunion

"We stayed in this village last night and were about to leave when we heard some noise over here, so we came over to check it out. I didn't expect to run into you." Xiao Xun wiped her tears. "I'm fine, aren't I? Where are Xiaomu and Xixi?"

"They're in the car." Ye Li said, "Oh, this is Qi Chen. He has an RV. Luckily he let us get in, otherwise we wouldn't know where we'd be wandering."

"Thank you." Xiao Xun shook hands with Qi Chen gratefully.

Qi Chen scratched his head and said with a smile, "You're welcome."

"There's not much in this village. We searched it thoroughly yesterday." Xiao Xun said, "We have some food in the car, which should last for a while."

Suddenly, someone else came in. It was Wang Lun, and behind him came another person.

"Wei Lai?" Ye Li was extremely shocked. She had been held hostage by robbers before, and Wei Lai had stayed behind to block the enemy in order to let them escape first. She still felt guilty about it.

"Boss." Wei Lai stepped forward and said happily, "I didn't expect to run into you here." Seeing Ye Li's puzzled face, he explained, "After I escaped, I couldn't find you, so I was walking alone on the road. I didn't expect to run into the city lord."

"Let's leave here first." Xiao Xun took Ye Li in his arms and said to everyone, "Let's go meet up with the others first."

Everyone turned around, and Ye Li called out to Wang Lun, saying, "Your uncle is with us too."

The group returned to the highway, and Wang Lun drove their car out of the village.

"Dad!" Xiao Mu and Xi Xi were standing by the window. Seeing Xiao Xun beside Ye Li, they excitedly ran out of the car, ran over, and threw themselves into Xiao Xun's arms, shouting loudly: "Dad! Dad!"

Xiao Xun held the two kids in his arms and let them kiss his unshaven face, his dark eyes filled with an unfading smile. Today was such a good day!

Everyone looked at the reunion of Ye Li and her husband, as well as the reunion of Wang Lun and Uncle Da, and everyone had a smile on their face. Although they had lost some relatives, seeing others reunited was as if they were reuniting with their own relatives.
